    As age advances, the functioning of the individual undergoes physical and psychological changes due to the aging process, however, the problem begins when the line of normal aging is crossed, generating frequent pathologies of advanced age such as cognitive deterioration, which can later develop diseases. irreversible as Alzheimer affecting the autonomy and independence of the elderly. However, psychology professionals through cognitive techniques and strategies have sought to avoid or prevent the disease from progressing. Therefore, the objective of the project is to design a bibliographically-based cognitive stimulation guide that I supported and allows determining the influence of the intervention on the elderly with cognitive impairment.
