    La gestión administrativa y su incidencia en las finanzas de la Mecánica de Transmisiones Solís

    At present, companies looking to become more competitive in the marketplace and to increase the utility, for these reasons Mechanics Transmissions Solis is obliged to have an organization that offers its customers a product that satisfice needs requirements and getting information to take the best decisions for the growth of same. This the research project has the fundamental purpose of answering the problem of the form of administrative management and finance, has been the result of an analysis of information from primary sources and secondary sources, it should be stressed that the information used is real. The investigation can also visualize concepts on administrative management and finance that would assist the better analysis. It can also be mentioned that the company's finances are good, they have good profit from the sale of the repair service, spare parts and lubricants, and can improve and get more profit. The research concludes with a series of conclusions which refer to the results obtained in accordance with the objectives. Finally, recommendations were made to improve the administrative management of the company.

    Las políticas y procedimientos en el proceso de captaciones y el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos en la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “San Francisco Ltda. de Ambato

    This research started from the need of the Cooperative San Francisco Limited Ambato to know what the influence of policies and procedures in the process of catchments for meeting the strategic objectives that are contained in the Institutional Annual Operating Plan. Relevant actions in development work were scientifically supported through the variables involved, citing several authors and documents found on conceptions attached to the Administrator, were cited sources consulted and provided with critical and objective analysis of the situation. To obtain the necessary information were considered suitable to the survey and the interview that was applied to the target group, which in this case a sample of partners and heads of agencies in the city of Ambato, after this was taken proceeded to perform processing, analysis and interpretation of results to infer the end of it several conclusions, which in summary says that the organization needed the socialization and dissemination of strategic objectives, control of processes and the approach of new strategies monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees and managers, approaches that are part of the proposal through the COSO III with technical tools and activities to monitor the administrative management.
