Item Estudio de la relación Twitter como fuente de información y la creación de contenido de comunicadores de noticieros radiales de Ambato del primer semestre del año 2018(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Periodismo Digital, 2018-12) Gamboa Murillo, Diego Mauricio; Soto Dávila, Omar FabricioThe study is based on the relation of Twitter like information source and the creation of content on the communicators of radial newscasters of the city of Ambato; which allowed to know qualitative information as a part of the used theory, happening for the digital means and the web journalism 2.0 up to the use of the social network Twitter also used quantitative methodology to analyze dimensions, with indicators applied so much to the independent variable as to the dependent variable, obtaining important results across the field work by means of the making of a questionnaire, allowing to have this way direct contact with the subjects. In the study it was identified that the age (41 % understands 40 and 50 years, 36 % is between 50 to 60 years, 18 % between 30 to 40 years, and 5 % is between the 20 to 30 years) it is a slant factor for the project because the journalists of radial newscasters wake up a low interest in the use of Twitter and like journalistic source likewise, as regards the basic aspects like informative official sources. The percentage of participation with the community is relatively low (41 % hardly ever interacts with its followers, 32 % almost always interacts, 14 % sometimes interacts, 9 % always interacts and 5 % never interacts with its followers); hence one makes necessary that the communicators of radial newscasters diminish the digital illiteracy and by means of the proposal they know the creation of content and the use of Twitter, including also important aspects like the hipertextualidad, multimedialidad and interactivity
