For the gathering of information it was necessary to apply interviews to the directors of the community organizations studied and an observation guide to the social networks (Facebook and Twitter) of the water boards; After this, the existing problem was visualized, which basically lies in the management of the contents published on social networks for the transmission of information to users; so it is prudent to describe a proposal focused on strategies to improve the quality of information through social networks; Basically, these strategies focus on improving the types of content published, as well as redesigning the pages of both Facebook and Twitter in a way that effectively takes advantage of existing tools on the page; It is also recommended a series of indicators that will allow evaluating the effectiveness of the application of strategies in improving the quality of information disseminated. Finally, it is recommended to the administrators of social networks that they be trained in topics related to the effective management of Facebook and Twitter, making the most of the use of these systems to disseminate information in a fast and timely manner.
