    “Mobbing y su influencia en la calidad de vida”

    The objective of this research is to determine how mobbing affects the quality of life of the staff of the "Charlestong Mega Fashion" warehouse in the city of Ambato, Tungurahua Province, where 50 employees between the ages of 25 and 45 were sampled. When talking about global mobbing according to the International Labor Organization (ILO), about 12 million people suffer from mobbing in the world, while the World Health Organization (WHO), has been classified as a pandemic to be the cause of several suicides; meanwhile in the American continent mobbing is also present, with Chile considered the second country in the Latin American region with the highest labor violence; in Ecuador there is no data such as mobbing, since it is a new word in the middle, however, data have been found with labor bullying, labor harassment and work harassment; In Ecuador, several companies are taking precautions about mobbing by developing campaigns, with the aim of encouraging their employees to perform physical activity and improve the work environment in their workplace. The questionnaire of psychological harassment at work was used as a reference to assess mobbing and the GENCAT scale and in this way assess quality of life. For the data analysis, the statistical program SPSS was used through Fisher's exact statistic finding that there is no relationship between the two variables.
