Esp.The present analysis deals with a Cerebral Aneurysm which is one of the health problems at the hospital level and constitutes an important cause of morbidity and mortality in the world population. She finds detailed information on a 65-year-old female patient, with family history of hypertension (HBP) and personal history, patient with cerebral trauma and subsequently constant headaches, loss of consciousness, fainting; Is admitted for emergency to perform specific and laboratory tests, the same ones that are assessed by the doctor later, giving as a diagnosis (Cerebral Aneurysm of the Left Pericallosa artery), consultation was performed by neurosurgery for possible treatment (embolization), which Is performed in another health home. For the development of this work a descriptive and field methodology was used which allowed to establish contact with the reality of the patient and direct interviews, surveys through which all the necessary information could be obtained, besides will be supported with bibliographic sources books, Documents, scientific articles, electronic resources because it is based on the investigation of information, according to the applied test it was identified that the patient after being operated on because of the aneurysm, presented sequels that modified their quality of life which contributed to the development Of an extra-hospital guide addressed to the caregiver because, independently of the treatment performed, these patients do not achieve optimum health, which requires specific care that contributes to the recovery of the patient.
