In the development of this work is detailed the case of a 7-month-old boy who comes to consultation for deviation of the look of the left eye so he was taken by his mother to the Centro de Salud Quero Tipo C, where during his stay I present clonic movements of the tongue and rigidity of the extremities reason why they decide to perform impregnation with phenytoin and admission to hospitalization. The realization of an alternative treatment plan based on Early Stimulation, for a patient with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is of great importance since this way it will be possible to improve the quality of life of the patient and thus reduce the long-term consequences.
