Their prevalencia is relatively low, affecting around the population's 0,02%. Although the exact etiology is not totally well-known, one adduces that the HAI is mediated by an immune reaction in front of autoantígenos hepatocitarios in the context of a dysfunction of the inmunorregulación it is Also described to the serious sharp hepatic flaw as fulminating hepatitis due to its condition of express deterioration multiorgánico.
