It was observed that in the period from March to June of the year 2017 there were 54 military men who attended musculoskeletal disorders of the ankle, 94.4% were male, the groups with the highest frequency of disorders were the military from 24 to 30 years and (n = 17), those with the lowest frequency presented ankle injuries were those older than 40 years with 7.4% (n = 4), the instructors had a higher prevalence of (n = 26), sprain with 57.4% (n = 31) was the most prevalent pathology, we conclude that military instructors are the ones that most frequently presented with muscle disorders skeletal with a representation close to half of the cases is to say that for every 2 military men with musculoskeletal disorders one is an instructor, it should also be noted that the drivers also presented a considerable percentage, while being personal health or armourer may be considered a low risk position for musculoskeletal disorders of the ankle and the most frequent pathologies were ankle sprain and aquiline tendonitis, the pathologies with lesser representation were ankle contusion, calcaneus fracture and traumatism of the ankle.
