Item ESTADO DE ÁNIMO Y ESTRATEGIAS DE AFRONTAMIENTO EN ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS(2025-03-05) Plasencia Tercero, Melania Mercedes; Velastegui Hernández, Diana Catalina; Universidad Técnica de Ambato/ Facultad de Ciencias de Salud /Carrera de Psicología ClínicaMood refers to emotional feelings involved in the modulation of personal responses, while coping strategies are tools used to manage difficult or stressful situations. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between mood and coping strategies in university students. A quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and descriptive correlational scope was used. The Mood Rating Scale (EVEA) and the Coping Strategies Inventory (CSI) were administered to 280 university students, aged 18 to 29 years. The results showed a positive correlation between the variables studied; in the majority of the population, the mood they presented was cheerfulness, and the coping strategies used included desiderative thinking, problem solving, social withdrawal and self-criticism. In addition, it was found that there was no significant d ifference between mood state and sex, indicating that an individual's mood state is independent of biological sex.Item Estrategias de afrontamiento para el estrés académico en los estudiantes de primer semestre de la Carrera de Educación Inicial de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato / Facultad de Ciencias de Salud / Centro de Posgrados, 2024-06-27) Espín Acosta, Melanie Michelle; Robayo Carrillo, Jessy MarianaItem Actitudes frente al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y estrategias de afrontamiento en integrantes de grupos de Narcóticos Anónimos(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Carrera de Psicología Clínica, 2024-03-01) Tamayo Bonilla, Jenny Fernanda; Mejía Rubio, Andrea del Rocío Ps. Mgs.El consumo de sustancias es una problemática psicosocial que aborda aspectos internos, como los fenómenos psíquicos en la relación de las actitudes individuales y las estrategias de afrontamiento, los cuales generan un impacto crucial en la salud mental y el bienestar emocional. Se estableció la relación entre las actitudes frente al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y las estrategias de afrontamiento en integrantes de grupos de Narcóticos Anónimos (N.A).El estudio fue de tipo no experimental y cuantitativo, incluyó a 130 participantes de 18 a 70 años. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó el Autoinforme de consumo de sustancias psicoactivas (AICA) y el Inventario de Estrategias de Afrontamiento (CSI).Dentro de los principales hallazgos, se observó una correlación positiva leve entre las actitudes frente al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y las estrategias de afrontamiento; así mismo, la mayoría de la población presentó una actitud desfavorable frente al consumo de sustancias, siendo las estrategias de afrontamiento predominantes la resolución de problemas, apoyo social y evitación del problema; además se halló una mayor actitud desfavorable en mujeres en comparación con los hombres. Las actitudes desfavorables frente al consumo de sustancias refieren una tendencia hacia la adopción de estrategias de afrontamiento para lidiar con diversas situaciones estresantes, además contribuye a la prevención de posibles riesgos asociados con el uso de drogas o alcohol.Item Estilos de apego y estrategias de afrontamiento en estudiantes universitarios(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/ Facultad de Ciencias de Salud /Carrera de Psicología Clínica, 2023-03-01) Masapanta Solís, Nayelly Micaela; Núñez Núñez, Alexis Mauricio Ps. Cl. Mg.The relationship between attachment styles and coping strategies in university students was investigated; the sample consisted of 323 university students from Cotopaxi. Validated and standardized instruments were used for the evaluation of the variables, such as the Questionnaire of Experiences in Close Relationships-Revised ECR-R R adapted to the Ecuadorian population and the Coping Strategies Inventory CSI. The study has a descriptive-correlational scope, in terms of design it is a non-experimental and crosssectional study, also the sampling technique used was non-probabilistic by convenience with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that the anxious attachment style presented a low positive correlation with the eight coping strategies: problem solving (p 0.014), self-criticism (p < .001), emotional expression (p < .001), desiderative thinking (p < .001), social support (p < .001), and social support (p < .001). 001), social support (p 0.032), cognitive restructuring (p 0.015), problem avoidance (p < .001) and social withdrawal (p < .001); on the contrary, it is observed that the avoidant attachment style presents positive correlation only with self-criticism (p 0.036). Cl.; Tapia Figueroa, Diego Giovanni PhD.The objective of this research work was the development of a workshop guide to improve resilience strategies and avoid future emotional exhaustion of health personnel, this guide has the main goal of being an effective and efficient tool that provides coping strategies for improve their resilience and therefore acquire greater control against emotional exhaustion or also called "burnout" at the Health Center No. 1 Type B in Esmeraldas. The population to which this investigation is applied is made up of 40 hospital personal from different health areas such as nursing, psychology, administration, among others; and a convenience sample will be used because they were chosen at random without having a history of burnout, it is a quantitative investigation of explanatory scope of an cuasi- experimental type and of longitudinal cut since a before and after having applied the guideline is measured workshops with the taking of instruments; To know the characteristics of the population, the sociodemographic record was used, which was completed using the interview technique, an informed consent and burnout and resilience were measured through the psychometric technique with the instrument of The Maslach Burnout Inventory MBI) and with the Wagnyld and Young resilience scale; A workshop guide consisting of introduction, development and conclusion was applied and each of these are adapted in a dynamic and entertaining way so that the message arrives directly since the subject matter is learned in a practical way, this guide consists of six sessions of 40 to 50 minutes, which were applied twice a week and changes are determined in aspects such as: emotional intelligence, burnout and personal fulfillment, which confirms the effectiveness of the technique.Item Estrés infantil y estrategias de afrontamiento en niños víctimas de violencia escolar(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Carrera de Psicología Clínica, 2020-10-01) Vilcacundo Diaz, Sandra Valeria; Díaz Martín, Yanet Lcda.This research is carried out with the objective of describing child stress and the strategies used by children victims of school violence, so it is a descriptive study, which was implemented with a population of 102 boys and girls of 8 12 years of the Mario Cobo Barona Educational Unit of the province of Tungurahua, to which the Test of Bullying was applied as a filter test as a selection criterion.The sample studied was a total of 54 children, 26 of them male and 28 female, to whom the Childhood Daily Stress Scale was applied to know the level of stress they suffer, and with the purpose of investigating the strategies most used by children in the face of the stressful event, the Scale of Situational Coping Strategies was used. Based on the data obtained by the different tests, it was concluded that more than half of the sample studied suffer from bullying. When assessing childhood stress, it was observed that students show high levels of school stress, also expressing themselves in the social area at moderate levels. As for the coping strategies most used in childhood, the manifestation of aggressive behaviors stands out.
