Item ATENCIÓN DE ENFERMERÍA EN PACIENTES ONCOLÓGICOS CON CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/ Facultad de Ciencias de Salud /Carrera de Enfermería, 2024-05-28) Cañaveral Estrella, Nieves Liseth; López Pérez, Grace PamelaIntroduction: Cancer continues to be a problem in health care, especially in cancer patients with terminal diagnoses, the execution of palliative care is aimed at improving the quality of life by providing a dignified death. Objective: Describe nursing care in cancer patients with palliative care. Methodology: Systematic review in selected studies or investigations through the application of the PRISMA method. Results: Selection and analysis of 16 original and review articles that meet the selection criteria under reliable supports. Discussion: The number of selected articles supports the importance of nursing care in cancer patients, describes the symptoms present regardless of the type of cancer the patient presents, and also explains the degree of patient satisfaction with the interventions carried out. by nursing. Conclusions: Palliative care has become a fundamental point in the care of patients with oncological diseases, nursing has a fundamental role where their care is focused on physical, psychological and emotional well-being to offer comfort to both the patient and their family until the end of the day. end of life Palliative care focuses on the integrality of the patient's quality of life.Item Vivencias del personal de enfermería en el manejo de catéter venoso percutáneo en el hospital general latacunga(Universdidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Carrera de Enfermería, 2021-09-01) Peñaloza Zabala, Selene Anabel; Analuisa Jiménez, Eulalia Isabel Lic. Mg.Introducción: En la unidad de neonatología el profesional de enfermería juega un papel importante en el cuidado y manejo de vías percutáneas, que reciben tratamientos prolongados para sus diversas patologías. Objetivo: Determinar las vivencias del personal de enfermería en el manejo de catéter venoso percutáneo en el Hospital General Latacunga. Metodología: Diseño cualitativo fenomenológico, narrativo, se utilizó el muestreo propositivo, se aplicaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a 7 enfermeras, cumpliendo con el criterio de saturación de información; el análisis de datos se realizó siguiendo la metodología de Demaziére D. y Dubar C. En rigor, se aseguró credibilidad, confirmación, auditabilidad y transferencias y en ética los principios de privacidad, dignidad, autonomía, respeto y confidencialidad. Resultados: Se realizó una categorización obteniendo: Actividades de enfermería en el manejo de la vía percutánea; Cuidados de enfermería antes, durante y después del manejo del catéter percutáneo; Grado de dificultad y conocimiento; Complicaciones asociadas y actuación de enfermería; Satisfacción del cuidado; Competencias del personal de enfermería para realizar el procedimiento. Conclusión: Una vez que se han conocido los resultados es necesario difundir las experiencias vividas por el profesional de enfermería durante el manejo de un catéter percutáneo en el área de neonatología, debido a que no se ha dado a conocer, cómo el profesional de enfermería está, que siente, qué es lo que hace, cómo actúa frente a situaciones adversas; esto permitirá brindar apoyo, reforzar conocimientos y técnicas al profesional de enfermería.Item “Cuidados empíricos en afecciones respiratorias en menores de 5 años de la parroquia Pasa”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Enfermería, 2018-04-01) Pérez Carrasco, María Gabriela; Salguero Fiallos, Carmen Marlene Lic. MgRespiratory affections are problems that occur in the respiratory system either in the upper and lower respiratory tracts, which present themselves permanently or transiently, becoming a major problem in the field of public health around the world and which represents one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality, for which the mothers of rural areas as a first option use home care or natural medicine to treat various ailments in their children. The main objective of this research is to determine the empirical care applied by mothers of children under 5 years of age in respiratory diseases. Mg.Pancreatitis is an atypical pathology in children, which is why it represents a diagnostic challenge for the entire health team. Although the majority of cases of pancreatitis in adults is caused by gallstone and exaggerated alcohol intake, the etiology for pancreatitis in children is varied. That is why in young patients it is necessary to suspect hereditary, infectious or traumatic causes. Our objective is to analyze the specific causes of pancreatitis disease in relation to nursing care through a literature review and clinical history. This present analysis is a quasi-experimental research of community testing, which allowed to establish contact with the reality of the patient, conducting a direct interview, review of documentation, books, scientific articles and clinical history. It was carried out with the purpose of identifying the influence of the nursing team in the prevention and promotion of health in nursing care in patients with Pancreatitis. During the development of this work we could see a patient who does not have a good quality of life, identified several risk factors and some critical points. Mg.Introduction: Mechanical intestinal obstructions in pediatric patients are infrequent because of their etiology, but the delay in diagnosis and treatment can lead to complications and death. Objectives: To analyze the complications of a mechanical intestinal obstruction in relation to nursing care through a bibliographical review and clinical history. Methodology: Descriptive and field, which allowed to establish contact with the patient's reality, performing direct interview, documentation, books, scientific articles. Results: This analysis was carried out with the purpose of identifying the influence of the nursing team in the prevention and promotion of health in nursing care in the patient with Mechanical Intestinal Obstruction. During the development of this work it was possible to appreciate a patient who does not have a good quality of life, several risk factors and some critical points were identified. In the present work the main objective is to analyze which were the factors that intervened in the cause of traumatic brain injury through a bibliographical investigation and clinical history to improve the life style in the patient. The methodology was handled by means of a bibliographic, descriptive and field study since it was possible to establish contact with the patient, allowing to identify which were the risk factors. The results were obtained through an interview with the patient's mother where the patient's health problems could be identified. For this reason, an in-hospital care guide was used to maintain quality care and provide a better lifestyle. Mg.The following analysis was performed on the Liver Cirrhosis knowing that this disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality as the main cause is excessive alcohol consumption and that eventually will go triggering irreversible damage to the body. The excessive intake of alcohol has complex conditioning factors (genetic, psychological, social and economic) as well as individual and social effects. Some of these effects are the result of acute intake (accidents, assaults, absenteeism, etc.) and others are produced by chronic intake. In the latter case various organs, highlighting the liver by their severity and frequency are affected. This case study was performed on a male patient 50 years old who started young with alcohol, could collect information interviewing you the patient and reviewing your medical history it has been very useful for this work. Information I was collected from the beginning of his illness until today. The case analysis was performed in order to identify problems in the patient and thus help improve your lifestyle and your home environment by implementing the already acquired knowledge and encouraging patient self-care.
