Cl.The following research project with the theme "Intelligence bits in the cognitive development of children aged 3 to 4 years of Health Center Number Two of Canton Ambato, Tungurahua Province" whose main objective is to determine the influence of the bits of intelligence in the cognitive development of children from 3 to 4 years old; and through this method, children are helped to achieve an adequate development of their cognitive processes in a dynamic way. For which there was a population of 12 children with the aforementioned age, being 9 boys and 3 girls. In order to obtain the necessary information and the current status of the children, a cognitive evaluation was carried out with the WPPSI-IV exam, which allows to evaluate the verbal comprehension, spatial visualization, working memory and intellectual coefficient, the same applied before and after the intervention with the intelligence bits. In addition, an observation card was prepared in order to know the frequency that was applied to the bits by each of the children for a period of 3 months. Finally, the results obtained approved the test in which excellent results were obtained that the majority of children who participated in the IQ 75% medium (9), 25% medium low (3).Item “El juego simbólico en el desarrollo cognitivo de los niños de 3 a 4 años en la unidad educativa Nueva Era”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2017-06-01) Chicaiza Chicaiza, Lourdes Susana; Ruiz Olarte, Ana Mercedes Dra. Mg.The present research project was developed with the objective of determining how the symbolic game influences the cognitive development in children from 3 to 4 years, for which a cross-sectional descriptive methodology was used that included 30 children from the Educational Unit Nueva Era, from the city of Ambato, in the province of Tungurahua, who were selected under inclusion and exclusion criteria. The investigation was directed to the cognitive area in these infants, for which symbolic games were included in the educational plan that the institution manages. The intervention process was carried out for 4 months, three times a week with the use of didactic material of the establishment and under supervision of the teacher guide, as an evaluation instrument was used the observation technique and activities of the Portage Guide, which Allowed to conclude that the symbolic game if it influences the cognitive development of the children of 3 to 4 years of the New Age Educational Unit, this was evidenced in a greater degree of performance to solve activities and proposed problems.Item La Estimulación Kinestésica y su Influencia en el Desarrollo Cognitivo en niños de 4 a 5 años del Centro Educativo Nueva Era(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud-Carrera Estimulación Temprana, 2016-06-01) Guamani Toapanta, Gabriela Maribel; . MgThis research aims to influence kinesthetic stimulation on cognitive development of children 4 to 5 years Education Center New Era, which can be seen in this population of infants who have some skills by enhancing and be ready when start the stage of schooling by assessing the level of cognitive development to the implementation of CUMANIN test, along with the application of kinesthetic stimulation to assess progress and isolate future learning problems. The research study was based on a quantitative approach, consider a problem of delimited study and defined by the literature review to show the results after the intervention, along with the definition of hypotheses that underpinned the answer research questions with the implementation of the various data collection instruments, based researcher with the level of research and descriptive variables association. The operated population was 24 children receiving appropriate health and educational intervention on campus, not performing any exclusion. It is inferred with the results that the intervention activities kinesthetic stimulation to enhance those students who were not able to meet 75% of the established indicators of test CUMANIN achieving the various aspects related to cognitive development is necessary, being remarkable they have not received the appropriate intervention before admission of schooling
