Mg.The present investigation was based on the theme: "The Early Stimulation in the psychomotor development in children from 3 to 4 years" that attend the Angelitos de Luz Initial Education Center to determine the influence of the Early Stimulation in the psychomotor development in boys and girls. The investigative approach is of a descriptive nature because it is aimed at identifying the relationships that exist between the two variables and explaining the facts through the collection of the data contributing to the learning. The results were obtained through an evaluation with the psychomotor development test of Tepsi, it is a test that is composed of subtest the same ones that measure coordination, language and motor skills, these behaviors deserve to establish the score can be positive or negative. We found that most children have a positive effect on psychomotor development by increasing their level of learning and ability.Item “La estimulación temprana en el recién nacido prematuro en el ámbito hospitalario”(Estimulación Temprana, 2018-10-01) Pacha Sánchez, Johanna Aracelly.; Fernández Soto, Gerardo Fernando, Dr.The present investigation was developed on the theme "Early Stimulation in the premature newborn in the hospital setting" theme whose general objective was to determine the impact of early stimulation in premature newborns of the neonatology services of the Provincial General Latacunga Hospital and as specific objectives To investigate the techniques of early stimulation applied in the hospital environment, to evaluate the development of premature newborns in the intensive care area of neonatology and to describe the evolution of premature newborns of the neonatology services receiving early stimulation. We worked with a population of 50 live preterm newborns, this research has a qualitative-quantitative approach. For the collection of information, the technique of observation, data collection and as instrument was used the Myla assessment scale, to determine the degree of evolution of development of children admitted versus discharge, obtaining as a result that Stimulation if it influences the development of premature infants in the General Provincial Hospital Latacunga.Item “Estimulación temprana en el desarrollo motor de una paciente con distrofia miotónica de steinert”(Estimulación Temprana, 2018-10-01) Galarza Ipiales, Rebeca Soledad.; Troya Ortiz, Elsa Verónica. Lcda. Mg.Steinert Myotonic Dystrophy (DMS) is a disease of genetic origin that can affect both sexes equally, is inherited in a dominant manner, resulting from the expansion of the number of trinucleotide repeats cytosine, thymine, guanine (CTG) in the chromosome 19, it can appear both congenitally, in childhood or adulthood but it has been determined that the congenital form is one of the most serious, the greatest repercussion seen in these patients is at the motor level, so its development goes slowing down The present case is based on the study of a patient of 1 year 10 months who attends in Centro de Salud Tipo B “Pilahuín”. The patient is a native of the province of Tungurahua, canton Ambato, an indigenous ethnic group. The mother reports that her pregnancy was unplanned and that he learned of it when 5 months pregnant, few controls was performed since being a person poor and indigenous ethnic group most of his time engaged in field work for to be able to sustain your home. The girl was born by caesarean at 37 weeks of gestation, at birth the child was very hypotonic and respiratory distress so doctors decide to enter it to the Health Unit, later because of suspicions about dystrophy genetic tests are performed at the Hospital of the Armed Forces where basically the diagnosis of myotonic dystrophy of Steinert is confirmed both the mother and the child, at which point the patient's mother learns of her illness , it should be emphasized that for a better diagnosis other tests that are not available in the country were required. In this work we detail both the antecedents as well as the evolution of the patient. In addition, we intend to determine what benefits early stimulation can bring to her motor development, as well as propose alternative activities that can contribute even more to improving development and quality of the girl life. Psc. Cl.Objective: to determine the effect of Early Stimulation in the gross motor development of a female patient of one year of age with hydranencephaly. Compilation and description of available sources of information: information collected clearly from the patient's medical history, where the most relevant characteristics of the case are detailed as physical characteristics of the patient, examinations that have been carried out in a timely manner, each with its own respective characteristics and conclusions. Development: The examinations carried out in the first days of the patient 's life show uncertain diagnoses due to the low life expectancy that the doctors of the Gineco - obstetric hospital "ISIDRO AYORA" who attended the delivery of the mother of the patient. diagnosis. Alternative plan proposal: the proposal is addressed to the health personnel of the area of early stimulation of the type B health center of Salcedo, where when observing the patient's faults the activities that generate satisfaction in the same have been taken into consideration. Conclusions: Early Stimulation has an important effect on the development of the abilities of each patient acting differently according to their condition and using the most important tool that is the game. Mg.The present research work is based on the theme of: Early Stimulation in the Psychomotor Development of children from 2 to 3 years old with anemia of the Parish of Salasaka, with the objective of knowing the influencing the Early Stimulation and the psychomotor development of the children from 2 to 3 years with anemia. The research was applied in a population of 20 children with anemia of the Child Development Centers of Salasaka, with an initial and final evaluation using the abbreviated scale of Nelson Ortiz, the four areas of development (gross motor, fine-adaptive motor, audition and language and social personnel), as well as the implementation of Early Stimulation activities in the lapse of three months, these activities were designed according to failed items and the need of the children. At the end of the investigation, the influence of Early Stimulation on the psychomotor development of children with anemia was verified, giving results of an initial evaluation that 40% of the population is at an alert level and 60% corresponds to the average level in the development the results are highlighted in a final evaluation that 50% of the population is in a medium level and the other 50% is in a medium high level.Item “La estimulación temprana y el desarrollo de las habilidades motoras en un paciente con encefalopatía hipóxico isquémica”(Estimulación Temprana, 2018-10-01) Chiliquinga Eugenio, Jessica Elizabeth.; Raza Suarez, María Cristina, Mg.Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is an infrequent problem that can occur in newborns who have suffered asphyxia, hypoxia or ischemia during the perinatal period, according to the OMS is one of the leading causes of death in the world considering the population at risk Term and term newborns, if these neonates survive, have long-term consequences such as cerebral palsy. In the development of this work is detailed the case of a 7-month-old boy who comes to consultation for deviation of the look of the left eye so he was taken by his mother to the Centro de Salud Quero Tipo C, where during his stay I present clonic movements of the tongue and rigidity of the extremities reason why they decide to perform impregnation with phenytoin and admission to hospitalization. The realization of an alternative treatment plan based on Early Stimulation, for a patient with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is of great importance since this way it will be possible to improve the quality of life of the patient and thus reduce the long-term consequences.
