Item EFICACIA DE LOS EJERCICIOS DE KEGEL EN EL FORTALECIMIENTO DEL SUELO PELVICO EN MUJERES POST PARTO(2025-02-27) Caisa Chalan, Katherin Mishel; Cedeño Zamora, María Narciza; Universidad Técnica de Ambato/ Facultad de Ciencias de Salud /Carrera de FisioterapiaThe implementation of Kegel exercises allows the strengthening of the pelvic floor in postpartum women, affirming their effectiveness with variations in their frequency and duration, since complementary exercises are added for greater benefit in these women. The present study aims to determine the effectiveness of Kegel exercises in strengthening the pelvic floor in postpartum women through a systematic review of the available scientific literature. The methodology that is implemented is a systematic review where search techniques were used in databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science and Cochrane Library, on the other hand, tools such as the PEDro Scale and AMSTAR were used for the synthesis of quantitative research. In addition, the PRISMA method was followed to ensure the transparency and rigor of the review process. 183 articles were initially identified, however 18 were included in the review. As a result, it is shown that Kegel exercises and other techniques to strengthen the pelvic floor benefit by reducing urinary incontinence, especially in women during pregnancy and postpartum. MSc.This work had the question of determining the risk of suffering musculoskeletal disorders in the shoe cutting personnel, since this is an industry that makes use of large amounts of human resources for the production of its products and the area of cutting of pieces for footwear is one of the most physically demanding. The study was carried out through the secondary data analysis of the DIDE Project "POSTURAL RISK EVALUATION SYSTEM USING KINECT 2.0 IN THE CUTTING ACTIVITY OF FOOTWEAR PRODUCTION FOR THE CALTU AMBATO" approved with Resolution HCU 0931-CU-P-2016 dated May 17, 2016, because once the Rula method was used by software, the risk of the job was determined but the musculoskeletal disorder that could develop was not known, and it is thus that taking into account the values obtained we can relate it to pathologies according to the prior knowledge of the researcher, to finally compare it with the project "RISK OF DEVELOPING MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS IN THE SHOE CUTTING STAFF EVALUATED THROUGH THE RULA METHOD" project in which the method was applied manually.Item Incidencia del Síndrome de Burnout en el Desempeño Laboral de los Fisioterapeutas que Laboran en las Unidades de Salud Pública del Cantón Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud-Carrera Medicina, 2016-10-01) Ramos Robalino, Belén Isabel; Naranjo Reino, María Teresa Lcda.This research was conducted in the institutions of public health service of the Canton Ambato who have the area of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. With the main objective of the research it is: To determine the incidence of Burnout syndrome in physiotherapists who work in public health units of Ambato Canton. This study was observational descriptive transversal, the universe chosen was 29 Physiotherapists of Ambato Canton and data collection was performed once with the survey of personal and occupational factors and questionnaire MIB Maslach Burnout Inventory, in order to determine the Burnout Syndrome incidence in Physiotherapists which it turned out to be 55.17% of 100% of the study population results found that females with Burnout is 34.5%, age and years of service given much significance in the study since 60 % of the population has more than 10 years of service and aged 41 to 55 or more and obtained satisfaction survey care service perceived health user thus conclude that the professionals had Burnout do not provide quality care and generate unequal treatment and users felt dissatisfied with the attention with a percentage of 42.4% of users served by professional participants. So this study seeks to foster in the institutions including a plan of prevention and treatment to health professionals at risk or suffering from work-related stress syndrome.
