Mg.The objective of the present study was to analyze the population perspective on the acceptance of inmunobiologics against COVID-19. For this study, an investigation of qualitative descriptive type with an ethnographic and phenomenological approach, 30 people from the parish of Izamba participated. The collection of data from conducted through an interview. Among the results it was shown there is a large of predisposition to receive the vaccine and a good know edge of them. It is concluded that the perspective on the acceptance of inmunobiologics against COVID19, are satisfactory and demonstrate a high level of trust.Item Factores que influyen en la aceptación de la nueva condición de adulto mayor en una parroquia rural(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Centro de Posgrados, 2022-03-01) Sánchez Freire, Alejandra Monserrath Md.; Meléndez Herrera, Mónica Cecilia Dra. Esp.The research focused on determining whether ethnic self-identification and sex influence the acceptance of aging in older adults in the Pilahuín parish. The methodology applied in the present investigation has a quantitative approach, in addition, it had an analytical investigation with a descriptive and correlational scope. For the research, the adult population over 65 years old belonging to the different communities of the Pilahuín Parish was considered, the sample was determined by EPI INFO with a total of 206 participants, calculated with confidence limits of 5%, design effect equal at 1, confidence level of 95% and expected frequency of 50%, it is concluded that there is no significant value between the study variables, thus understanding that gender or ethnic self-identification influence the acceptance of aging.Item “Intervención de enfermería y la relación con la aceptabilidad de los padres ante la aplicación de la vacuna contra el virus del papiloma humano en la unidad educativa “Ana Páez” de la ciudad de Latacunga.”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Enfermería, 2018-10-01) Cruz Chugchilán, Tania Elizabeth; Salguero Fiallos, Carmen Marlene Lic. Mg.The World Health Organization has determined that cervical cancer is caused by Human Papillomavirus 16 and 18 that affects a large number of women in the world. The objective of this research study was to determine the degree of acceptability of the parents of the Educational Unit "Ana Páez" of the city of Latacunga before the application of the second dose of the vaccine against HPV. It is a prospective, exploratory and descriptive investigation in order to obtain information about the factors that affect the acceptability of the vaccine application. For the study population, a sample consisted of 76 parents of girls between 9 and 11 years of age, whose daughters received the first dose of the vaccine against the Human Papilloma Virus. The results show that 100% of those who participated in the research satisfactorily accepted that their daughters receive the second dose of the vaccine against the Human Papilloma Virus, stating that the degree of knowledge is a very important factor for the acceptance of it.
