Item Calidad del sueño y su relación con el estrés laboral en los trabajadores.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/ Facultad de Ciencias de Salud /Carrera de Psicología Clínica, 2023-03-01) Guevara Villacrés, Michelle Stephanie; García Ramos, Diana Carolina Psc. Cl. Mst.Sleep quality is the ability to fall asleep and maintain it for a certain period of time; it is linked to satisfaction in the fulfillment of daily life activities, while stress is a response to demanding situations. The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between sleep quality and stress in workers of an import company in the city of Ambato. It was an investigation with a non-experimental design of a cross-sectional correlational type. A total of 140 employees participated; according to sex, 54.3% were men and 45.7% were women. The mean age was 32.06. The Pittsburgh sleep quality instruments and the Maslach Burnoutory Inventory (MBI) were applied. The results revealed a prevalence of sleep-related problems requiring medical attention in 57.1% of the participants, followed by 30% who had no sleep problems; regarding stress, a prevalence of medium and high levels was found in 98.6% of those evaluated; no differences were found between stress levels and the sex of the participants and finally, the absence of a statistically significant relationship between sleep quality and stress was detailed. It was concluded that sleep quality manifested independently of stress levels.Item La ansiedad y su relación con el síndrome burnout en docentes universitarios(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/ Facultad de Ciencias de Salud /Carrera de Psicología Clínica, 2022-09) Ocaña Pro, Azucena Rebeca; Gavilanes Gómez, Guillermo Daniel Ps. Cl. Mg.The study was a quantitative correlational cross-sectional study. The objective was to identify the relationship between anxiety and burnout syndrome in university teachers, the participant population was 90 teachers of the Health area, who voluntarily answered the evaluation scales after accepting the informed consent, to measure the Burnout Syndrome Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) was used, which contains three subscales such as emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment, anxiety was evaluated by the Beck Anxiety Inventory. The results showed a significant correlation between variables, and the levels of Burnout were compared with the different careers. It is suggested to carry out future studies related to the exposed variables in order to develop coping and prevention strategies for the benefit of professionals and the quality of their interaction with society.Item Agotamiento emocional y estrategias de resiliencia en el personal de la salud periodo 2020- 2021.(Universdidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Centro de posgrados, 2021-09-01) Montero Espinoza, Marcela de Lourdes Ps. Cl.; Tapia Figueroa, Diego Giovanni PhD.The objective of this research work was the development of a workshop guide to improve resilience strategies and avoid future emotional exhaustion of health personnel, this guide has the main goal of being an effective and efficient tool that provides coping strategies for improve their resilience and therefore acquire greater control against emotional exhaustion or also called "burnout" at the Health Center No. 1 Type B in Esmeraldas. The population to which this investigation is applied is made up of 40 hospital personal from different health areas such as nursing, psychology, administration, among others; and a convenience sample will be used because they were chosen at random without having a history of burnout, it is a quantitative investigation of explanatory scope of an cuasi- experimental type and of longitudinal cut since a before and after having applied the guideline is measured workshops with the taking of instruments; To know the characteristics of the population, the sociodemographic record was used, which was completed using the interview technique, an informed consent and burnout and resilience were measured through the psychometric technique with the instrument of The Maslach Burnout Inventory MBI) and with the Wagnyld and Young resilience scale; A workshop guide consisting of introduction, development and conclusion was applied and each of these are adapted in a dynamic and entertaining way so that the message arrives directly since the subject matter is learned in a practical way, this guide consists of six sessions of 40 to 50 minutes, which were applied twice a week and changes are determined in aspects such as: emotional intelligence, burnout and personal fulfillment, which confirms the effectiveness of the technique.Item Relación médico paciente afectada por burnout en el personal de salud en el centro de salud Quero(2021-04-01) Aguaguiña Medina , Susana Elizabeth Md.; Villarroe, Jenny Md. Esp.This research work is aimed at assessing the involvement in the doctor-patient relationship, influenced by Burnout syndrome in the Quero health center, Tungurahua Province, July 2020. The research maintains a qualitative approach through field modality and a descriptive study; using a period cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out using statistical instruments, such as interviews with health personnel, and surveys applied to patients receiving medical care in the health unit. A sample was used with a total of 20 people who work in the health area, including doctors, nutritionists and nurses who constituted the study population and, in turn, 20 surveys carried out on patients who came to consultation with professionals at those who applied the interview.Item Desgaste psicológico profesional del personal de salud durante la emergencia sanitaria por covid-19 en el centro de salud tipo “C” de Quero(Universdidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Carrera de Enfermería, 2021-03-01) Ramírez Suque, Alexandra Elizabeth; López Pérez, Grace Pamela Lic. Mg.Psychological burnout in health professionals is one of the topics that has generated the greatest interest during the COVID-19 pandemic since its appearance in December 2019 to the present due to its impact on a physical, psychological and organizational level that it has triggered somatic alterations and pathologies and affectation at the organizational level, which is why it was necessary to analyze the professional psychological wear and tear of health personnel during the health emergency due to COVID-19 at the Type “C” Health Center in Quero to define the need to improve the mental health of front-line personnel in pandemic conditions. The study was framed in the line of research called "Human Health" and for its development a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional methodology was used that included 50 health professionals (doctors and nurses) from the Health Center type " C ”de Quero, as a data collection technique, the Maslach scale and a socio-demographic record were applied. Cl.This research was conducted in the Community Policing Unit of the National Police Subzone Tungurahua N.- 18, since Burnout syndrome To determine the influence of Burnout Syndrome in the presence of Intrafamiliar Violence in the members that comprise it, directed to 360 people who are part of the police ranks including wives and children, the evaluation techniques and instruments used are the MBI Questionnaire (Maslach Burnout Inventory), which measures the presence of Burnout syndrome, and the Family Violence Test that measures the stages of violence, to determine whether the syndrome has influence In the presence of intrafamily violence a descriptive, a cross-sectional, non-experimental study was carried out, elaborating a quantitative analysis, by means of an analysis by the Chi-square test, yielding the following results, yielding a result of 49,419a Likelihood ratio 57,195 and Linear association per linear 19,597, With an expected frequency of less than 5. The minimum expected frequency is 13.21, accepting the alternative hypothesis where the presence of Burnout Syndrome has an influence on the presence of intrafamily violence.Item Incidencia del Síndrome de Burnout en el Desempeño Laboral de los Fisioterapeutas que Laboran en las Unidades de Salud Pública del Cantón Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud-Carrera Medicina, 2016-10-01) Ramos Robalino, Belén Isabel; Naranjo Reino, María Teresa Lcda.This research was conducted in the institutions of public health service of the Canton Ambato who have the area of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. With the main objective of the research it is: To determine the incidence of Burnout syndrome in physiotherapists who work in public health units of Ambato Canton. This study was observational descriptive transversal, the universe chosen was 29 Physiotherapists of Ambato Canton and data collection was performed once with the survey of personal and occupational factors and questionnaire MIB Maslach Burnout Inventory, in order to determine the Burnout Syndrome incidence in Physiotherapists which it turned out to be 55.17% of 100% of the study population results found that females with Burnout is 34.5%, age and years of service given much significance in the study since 60 % of the population has more than 10 years of service and aged 41 to 55 or more and obtained satisfaction survey care service perceived health user thus conclude that the professionals had Burnout do not provide quality care and generate unequal treatment and users felt dissatisfied with the attention with a percentage of 42.4% of users served by professional participants. So this study seeks to foster in the institutions including a plan of prevention and treatment to health professionals at risk or suffering from work-related stress syndrome.
