“La estimulación prenatal en el desarrollo psicomotriz de los niños de 0 a 3 meses”
(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2017-06-01) Llamuca Caguana, Jessica Gabriela; Cisneros Pérez, Daisy Jacqueline Psc. Cl.
The present study aims to analyze the psychomotor development of children aged 0 to 3 months who received prenatal stimulation in the Neurokids Early Stimulation clinic, for which a sample of 10 children was sampled. The level of the research is descriptive by means of which it is tried to analyze the psychomotor development of the children from 0 to 3 months, in addition to a bibliographical revision for a better understanding of the subject. The instrument used for this was the Denver test, which was applied to children from 0 to 3 months and the interview made to the mothers to know the factors associated with pregnancy. It was observed that 100% of the children who received prenatal stimulation achieved normal psychomotor development. It can be inferred that prenatal stimulation is effective in the improvement of psychomotor development, although different modalities of prenatal stimulation were applied according to the reason for consultation of each mother. However, it is necessary to carry out comparative studies in which, through homogeneous groups, it is possible to conclude that there are significant differences between children who received prenatal stimulation and those who did not.
