Lcda. Mg.The present investigation develops with the topic " THE METHOD MULTISENSORY ESTITSOLOGICO IN THE MOTIVE THICK DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN GIVES 6 To 9 MONTHS OF AGE THAT THEY COME TO THE ASSOCIATION CACTU ", one relies on a population of 25 children in a range of age from 6 to 9 months; of which 14 infantes are of male sex y11 they are of female sex. To establish the line base of the motive thick development of the infantile population, an initial valuation realizes pre-test, for which uses Nerson Ortiz's Test, which consists of 30 articles for area distributed according to the age, these refer to four areas: Motricidad Gruesa, adaptative Motricidad Fina, Hearing and Language and Social Personnel. From this line base applies the Method to itself Estitsologico Multisensorial focused on the motive thick development, used by the professional of early stimulation of the area of health. Consequent the second evaluation is realized post - test of the Nelson Ortiz, to realize a comparison between the obtained results later to the application of the Method Estitsologico Multisensorial directed children of 6 9 months, who attend the association CACTU. The investigation demonstrates favorable results, across the analysis and interpretation of the obtained information, with which a considerable increase concludes in the development of skills and skills thick motorboats of the infantes, in a range of average development high place corresponding to 12 %, way in a percentage of 88 % and a range of alert of 0 %; it turns out indispensable to apply the Method Estitsologico Multisensorial as strategy of stimulation that favors his integral development and in a particular way his motive thick development. The planning and application of the Method Estitsologico Multisensorial, must be identical to the characteristics of development of the children and to value the customs and traditions of the populations of every family.Item “La estimulación multisensorial en una niña de 4 años con tetraplejia espástica diagnosticada con encefalopatía necrotizante aguda”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2018-04-01) Cárdenas Manobanda, Diana Carolina; Fernández Soto, Gerardo Fernando Dr. Mg.Acute Necrotizing Encephalopathy (ANE) is a swiftly progressive disease that occurs in normal children; associated with common viral infections such as “influenza” and “parainfluenza”, it is also mentioned that its appearance increases when there is a mutation of the Ran Binding Protein 2 gene, which is responsible of normalizing the energy and preserve the blood-brain barrier in nerve cells. It begins as a normal infection that includes common symptoms, later it becomes complicated because of the presence of convulsions and abnormalities in muscle tone, even the patient comes to fall into a coma causing injuries at the Central Nervous System. In the development of this work, the case of a 4-year-old girl is detailed, after the flu vaccine is placed, she presents initial symptoms of fever and vomiting; she went to health personnel, at night her case worsens presenting seizures clonic tonic plus decreased state of consciousness; in another health institution they report signs of probable Acute Viral Encephalitis Bilateral Mastoiditis; However, the analysis of symptoms and signs continues with the diagnosis of Acute Necrotizing Encephalopathy (G31.8) resulting in spastic tetraplegia. The distinction of a guide of multisensory stimulation is important for a patient who presents spastic tetraplegia, is a set of techniques applied opportunely for therapeutic purposes that help to form neuronal connections, to awake the senses, understand the body schema, interact with the environment; that is recover lost functions that help improve the quality of life of the patient as well is possible.Item “La estimulación multisensorial en una niña de 4 años con tetraplejia espástica diagnosticada con encefalopatía necrotizante aguda”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2018-04-01) Cárdenas Manobanda, Diana Carolina; Fernández Soto, Gerardo Fernando Dr. T-Student for related samples where the results relate to contrast the progress of the initial and final set of cognitive development of children evaluated test is performed; for this reason the children experienced significant progress by implementing assessment tools (Portage Guide), which means that "multisensory stimulation itself contributes to the cognitive development of children with cerebral palsy 2 to 3 years Unit specialized Puyo ". In accordance with the specific objectives it come to the conclusions that: Children with cerebral palsy between 2 and 3 years maintained an average level of cognitive development due to the degree of disability, so that this does not allow them to explore the environment in which they develop and does not allow them to experience on their own the benefits it offers; multisensory stimulation had an effective result in children with cerebral palsy, because this produces a greater number of stimuli as his word itself implies (multisensory), which greatly benefits the development of children with CP. the recommendations as outlined: Perform sessions snoezelen individually, so that the child can focus your attention on the activities undertaken, which will help produce a greater amount of stimuli in your body and in your brain, and therefore this will contribute to the optimal brain development of children with CP.Item Estimulación Multisensorial en el Desarrollo de los niños Prematuros de 0 a 6 meses del Hospital del Seguro Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud-Carrera Estimulación Temprana, 2016-08-01) Bravo Olmedo, Diana Mariuxi; Camino Mora, María Belén Lic.Present investigation develops on the theme: “The Multi-Sensorial stimulation in premature children’ Development of 0 to 6 months of the Hospital of Ambato's insurance ” theme that you had I eat like general objective To Determine the influence of the Multi-Sensorial Stimulation in the development of the premature babies of 0 to 6 specific months of the Hospital of Ambato's and Objective's Insurance: Identifying the premature babies' development, Analyzing the results of the application of the methodology, Designing a manual of intervention through multi-sensorial stimulation to increase the power of development, To Apply the manual of intervention through the multi-sensorial stimulation and To Evaluate the results obtained in the investigation of the Multi-Sensorial Stimulation in the development of the premature babies of 0 to 6 months of the Hospital of Ambato's Insurance. It was worked up with 20 babies’ population; this investigation has a qualitative focus – quantitative. Myla's scale, to determine the premature babies' level of development, obtaining as a result used the technique of the observation and like instrument itself for the information's anthology than the multi-sensorial stimulation if you influence the development of the premature children of the Hospital of Ambato's Insurance.
