    “Rasgos de personalidad en tribus urbanas y su incidencia en las habilidades sociales”

    This article aims to analyze the incidence of personality traits in the social skills of adolescents belonging to the urban tribes: rokeros, rastas, punkeros, ravers, hoperos, poperos, emos, reguetoneros, bachateros and cumbieros. The research is of the correlational type since it relates the variable personality traits in urban tribes with the variable social skills, allowing to measure the degree of relation between the variables, in the same subjects and to determine trends. The study was carried out in the province of Cotopaxi, Salcedo canton, Gonzales Suárez school with a population of 110 students belonging to urban tribes, resulting in personality traits vary in each urban tribe, since the members of These groups have defined habits and that the majority of people belonging to urban tribes do not present difficulties in social skills.

    "Correlación de rasgos de personalidad y empatía en estudiantes universitarios”

    The objective of the present investigation is to determine the existing correlation between personality traits and empathy in university students, a sample of 176 students out of a total of 307 belonging to the first semesters of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato of the province of Tungurahua. The reagents applied were: the Self-portrait of the Personality and the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI). For the data analysis we used the Correlation of Sperman that showed us that there is a very significant positive relationship between the lonely trait (They are characterized by the little importance that they give to the emotions of the rest.), Sure of itself (Deep sensation of self-esteem, faith in their abilities and tendency to take control), faithful (Committed, attentive and helpful with the group with which they develop), comfortable (Their main objective is the pursuit of happiness, they like to do what they they want) and idiosyncratic (They are dreamers, originals, mystics and creatives) with the dimension personal discomfort (Feelings of anxiety of anxiety and discomfort before the misfortune of the other), between the bold feature (They venture into actions that others would not, see risk as a reward, do not grieve for fears), theatrical (They consider the world is a scenario in which they are the protagonists), aggressive (They are strong, energetic, they are not afraid of conflict to) and sure of himself with the dimension of fantasy (Ability to put himself in fictitious situations).

    “Rasgos de personalidad y su relación con la satisfacción sexual en los estudiantes univesitarios”

    The objective of the present research is focused on determining the relationship between personality traits and sexual satisfaction in the university students from the first to tenth semester of the Clinical Psychology Degree, Health Sciences Department of the Technical University of Ambato, the group that was taken into consideration for research is conformed by 172 students of both genders, of 18 to 30 years of age, the same ones that were selected fulfilling the norms of the investigation. The personality traits are stable and consistent characteristics that are manifested before different circumstances allowing to predict the behavior, this variable is evaluated through the “BIG FIVE” questionnaire that allows us to assess the five main traits at the same time is based on two Traditional models that are: lexicography and the factorial model, As for sexual satisfaction, it is considered erroneously to be related only the coital relations, if it refers to communication, affection, love self-satisfaction and of his partner, this variable is measured by the Orozco scale of sexual satisfaction that evaluates, the level of sexual satisfaction and the dimensions that prevail such as: cognitive, emotional and relationship. For the analysis of the data was used the statistical program SPSS statistical test of Pearson determining that there is no relation between personality traits and sexual satisfaction

    The research aims to determine the relationship between Personality Traits and the Interpersonal Relationships of the students of the Technical University of Ambato Faculty Health Sciences Career of Clinical Psychology, who are the beneficiaries since the results show specific needs of the population. Personality traits are a set of cognitive and behavioral characteristics that are manifested in different situations and are present in every individual. The Millón Personality Inventory (MCMI-II) helps us to see behavioral patterns that excel in individuals. On the other hand Interpersonal Relationships are those interactions that describe the treatment, contact and communication that is established between two or more people in different circumstances. The Interpersonal Relations test helps us to evaluate different dimensions in which it allows us to define in which areas there is a deficit or difficulty, either at the group or individual level.
