This work is based on a study on the activities carried out in the company BULLCANDLE COMPANY CIA.LTDA, which is dedicated to the planning, design, construction and consulting for the development of engineering projects. With the objective of documenting the work processes and designing a quality management system for the production area. A summary of the current situation of the company and the most important activities carried out will be described, also the procedures required by ISO 9001-2015 standards for operating processes, starting with the establishment of a correct quality strategy and process characterization. Finally, it is detailed through procedures the work of the company focused on the operational processes. For the development of this project, we had the information provided by the company BULLCANDLE COMPANY CIA.LTDA and the advice of the teachers of the Faculty of Civil and Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Ambato.
