Item Diseño del sistema de agua potable de la comunidad de Valle de Chimandaz, parroquia San Miguel de Conchay, cantón Limón Indanza, provincia de Morona Santiago(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2023-08) Reinoso López, Jeslyn Jacqueline; Chérrez Gavilanes, Diego SebastiánIn this technical project, the population is currently supplied with raw piped water, without making it drinkable, in order to improve the quality of life of the population, the design of the drinking water supply system for the community is proposed. The methods used were: documentary research, direct observation and interview, analyzing and collecting data from the study area. then a field work was carried out where the topographic survey of the area was carried out; Exactly in the experimental method, water samples were taken for physical, chemical and bacteriological analysis. The deductive method was followed to carry out the design of the drinking water supply system. Through the analysis of the study of raw water from the community of Valle de Chimandaz, it is turned on, which does not have a purification process, which is why it is not suitable for human consumption, since it does not meet the parameters recommended by the Ecuadorian Institute for Standardization (INEN) - 1:108, in the chapter on Drinking Water Supply System. As a result, the conduction and distribution network was developed with 1.25MPa pressure PVC materials, in addition to a decomposition system made up of a 2-unit slow sand filter, a Clorid L-30 equipment for chlorinator dosing and a 10 cubic meters storage tank, and finally a referential budget for the supply system was made.Item Rediseño del sistema de distribución de agua de la junta administradora de agua Zumbalica de la parroquia Eloy Alfaro cantón Latacunga provincia de Cotopaxi(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2023-03) Chicaiza Cando, Cristian Paúl; Cañizares Proaño, Byron GenaroIn the place of study of this project, there are deficiencies in the water supply due to the intermittencies present in the conduction line, and also the distribution network requires a redesign since it has been in operation for several years, soon reaching its useful life. The present project began with a collection of information provided by the users and the managers of the water board, the collection sources were visited and thus to know the conditions of the water consumed by the population, the current conduction line was visited and The state that is found was analyzed in order to propose alternatives and, if necessary, to rectify its path, the alternatives proposed by the author were analyzed through Microsoft Excel software and the one that was in accordance with the values allowed by the regulations was selected. standards CPE INEN 5 Part 9-1 and 9-2. The JAAPZ distribution network was designed with the help of the EPANET software and it was verified that the hydraulic values comply with current regulations. It is proposed to rectify sections of the conduction line and the redesign of the distribution network proposed for a period of 20 years, guaranteeing the supply of the basic service of optimum quality and without interruptions, complying with the pressures, speeds and flows established by the standard current ecuadorian. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2022-03) Medina Pico, Luis Fernando; Núñez Aldás, Galo WilfridoIn the present project in which the evaluation of the existing drinking water system was first carried out through observation sheets where it was concluded that the construction of a new drinking water system was necessary because the current one was found in terrible conditions. The topographical survey of the sector was carried out to obtain the profile, which indicated where the pipe should be placed and what would be the dimensions that it will need to resist the pressures and speeds to which it will be subjected. An intake with reinforced concrete walls was designed, the same one that was modeled in a specialized software for design, the overturning and sliding checks were carried out. A purification system was designed that has a settler, a filter and a chlorinator, which discharges into the storage tank that was designed and modeled in specialized software respecting the Ecuadorian Construction Standard.Item Caracterización de la curva de consumo diario de la red de agua potable de los sectores San Bartolomé de Pinllo - Ambatillo del cantón Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica. Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2019) Espinosa Falconí, Xavier Gonzalo; Bayas Altamirano, Myriam MarisolIn this experimental work, provide data on drinking water consumption generated by rural users in the San Bartolomé de Pinllo - Ambatillo area of the city of Ambato, information that will be used in future research as well as in the design of distribution networks . In the experimental work, measurements of drinking water demands are made, which generate daily consumption curves, maximum daily flows, consumption patterns, and finally a mapping of the results obtained in the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software. To achieve the stated objectives, a process was followed which included the following steps: collection of necessary information in the Municipal Water Supply and Sewer Company of Ambato "EMAPA" on the distribution network "San Bartolomé de PinlloAmbatillo", as the distribution area covered by the network, the households that are supplied and the number of users that belong to it, then the study area was divided into two zones for greater ease in the collection of information, surveys were conducted users of the different study areas, the measurement of the pressure that exists in each study area at strategic points, in addition to the micro measurement of the flow consumed in a period of one day during a month and in different time zones. Finally, statistical analysis and interpretation of results were developed, including the average number of hydraulic points, average number of inhabitants, reference consumption patterns such as the typical week of consumption, as well as instantaneous maximum flows by houses and departments for each study area. With the use of tables and graphs thus generating a mapping in the geographic information system.
