    “LOS CONFLICTOS FAMILIARES Y LAS ALTERACIONES EMOCIONALES EN USUARIOS DEL HOSPITAL PELILEO”

    Las emociones son la fuente de equilibrio en la vida de toda persona, pierden su rol cuando, el ambiente familiar que vivimos se irrumpe por conflictos familiares, que al inicio son simples y leves, con el tiempo esa magnitud se aumenta y son de difícil manejo, que generan problemas en el estado emocional, desembocan en una violencia marcada. Para algunas personas es parte de la normalidad vivir entre gritos, insultos, golpes y abusos que son objetos de otro miembro de familia, la provincia de Tungurahua está entre las primeras en presentar un alto porcentajes de violencia intrafamiliar y de género. La deficiente comunicación, la proyección de la cultura de vida de una generación a otra, el machismo, la baja autoestima son los factores que hacen seguir dentro de esa realidad. En el Estado Ecuatoriano los medios alternativos están presentes desde la décadas de los 90, más de 20 años y todavía no es una fortaleza entre el conflicto y la solución, la Solución de conflictos para muchos profesionales no es una opción; con la aplicación de medios alternativos se disminuirá alteraciones emocionales, enfermedades, discapacidades y se fortalecería el núcleo familiar. En las comunidades es utilizada la mediación, el mediador es la persona más reconocida y respetada, quien con las partes involucradas buscan las mejores alternativas de solución en los conflictos familiares, vecinales entre otros, en las ciudades el Mediador depende de un centro de mediación para el objetivo que fue formado. Las Instituciones que prestan sus servicios a nivel público, quienes están mayor contacto con usuarios y sus familias como es el Ministerio de Salud Pública que tiene por misión velar por el cumplimiento del principio consagrado en la Constitución de la República, en la cual el estado garantiza el derecho a la salud, su promoción y protección, incorporar practicas medicinas tradicional y alternativa involucrando a todos los sectores. Los medios Alternativos en la medicina, previene con su accionar las alteraciones emocionales, sino se producen las futuras enfermedades que si no son tratadas pueden generar enfermedades catastróficas como diabetes, hipertensión arterial, cáncer entre otras. Emotions are the power balance in the life of every person , they lose their role as the family atmosphere that we live breaks for family conflicts , which at the beginning are simple and mild, with time that magnitude is increased and are difficult to manage that create problems in the emotional state, lead to a marked violence. For some people it is part of normal life shouting, insults, beatings and abuses that are objects of another family member, the province of Tungurahua is among the first to have a high percentage of domestic violence and gender .Poor communication, the projection of the culture of life from one generation to another, machismo, low self-esteem are the factors that go into making that reality. In the Ecuadorian State at the alternative medium are present from the decades of the 90s, more than 20 years and still is not a fortress between conflict and resolution, the conflict resolution for many professionals is not an option with the media application alternative emotional disorders, diseases, disabilities and decrease the household would be strengthened. In communities is used mediation, the mediator is the most recognized and respected person , who with the parties involved seek the best possible solutions in family , neighborhood conflicts among others, in cities the Mediator depends on a mediation center for the objective was formed . Institutions that provide services to the public level, who are more in touch with users and their families and is the Ministry of Public Health is responsible for ensuring compliance with the principle enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic, in which the state guarantees the right to health, its promotion and protection, incorporating traditional medicine and alternative practices involving all sectors. Alternative media in medicine, with their actions prevent emotional disturbances, but future diseases that if left untreated can lead to catastrophic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and cancer among others are produced.

    “INCIDENCIA DE LOS FACTORES SOCIO AMBIENTALES EN EL ESTILO DE VIDA DE LOS ADULTOS MAYORES DEL CANTÓN AMBATO”

    En la actualidad, debido a este interés despertado por el estudio de la “calidad de vida”, se han validado instrumentos de medida como complemento importante para la valoración integral del adulto mayor. En este contexto, el objetivo de este trabajo, es estudiar la incidencia de los factores socio ambientales en el estilo de vida, por tanto es de vital manera generar un entorno más saludable enriquecido en valores y sobre todo fomentar una integración social, de tal manera que los resultados recolectados en la investigación se determina que los factores del entorno son determinantes en su comportamiento, entonces se debe efectuar un cambio importante en la propuesta, la misma que este encaminada a un plan gerontológico que dinamice estos factores y se conviertan en instrumentos de bienestar, para mejorar el estilo de vida sustentada en valoración, integración, cuidado y sobre todo en participación de tal manera que se refleje una sociedad equilibrada y participativa. At present, due to this interest aroused by the study of the "quality of life” have been validated measurement instruments as an important complement to the comprehensive assessment of the elderly. In this context , the aim of this paper is to study the impact of social and environmental factors in the lifestyle , so it is of vital way to generate a healthier environment rich in values and especially promote social integration , so that the results collected in the investigation it is determined that the environment factors are decisive in their behavior, then they should make a major change in the proposal, the same as this aimed at gerontlógico plan that energizes these factors and become instruments of well-being , to improve the lifestyle supported by assessment , integration, care -do and especially participation in such a way that reflects a society balanced and participatory .     El objetivo de la presente investigación es plantear una propuesta que tenga como base la utilización de las constelaciones familiares la misma que impulsa procesos en las personas o grupos familiares en donde se descubren la realidad oculta, se busca soluciones que ayuden a los miembros de la familia a ponerse en orden, de manera que el amor y el reconocimiento fluyan, lo que mejora y fortalece las relaciones entre los miembros de la familia. Es importante destacar la influencia positiva de las constelaciones familiares para integrar, mejorar y facilitar el acercamiento de las adolescentes de casa familia a sus padres y el retorno a sus hogares, con la utilización de las constelaciones familiares, se origina un proceso importante para que la reinserción familiar de las adolescentes sea exitosa, en la atención para llegar a este resultado es esencial el apoyo profesional y la participación de las adolescentes para que vuelvan a integrar su familia con lazos de afectividad fortalecidos. The aim of the present research is to define a proposition based on the utilisation of the family constellations which stimulates people and families for revealing what was hidden. Solutions are looked for helping the family's members and organizing their life, in order to make flowing love again, what improve and make stronger the relationship between the family's members. It's important to stand out the family constellations' positive influence in order to integrate, improve and make easier the rapprochement of the teenagers standing in the family home with their parents and their return to their own home. Through the use of the families constellations we are able to initialize a successful process of return in the family for the teenagers. For reaching this aim it is indispensable a professional support and the teenagers' involvement. It is the way for them they can be back in their family with family ties strengthened

    “LA APLICACIÓN DEL MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL SOCIO-PSICO-PEDAGÓGICO Y LA REINSERCIÓN SOCIAL DE ADOLESCENTES INFRACTORES DEL CENTRO DE ADOLESCENTES INFRACTORES AMBATO”

    A medida que cambia la sociedad, evolucionan las estructuras sociales, el poco interés por parte de las familias de los adolescentes infractores y la no existencia de políticas sociales para este campo, no solo en la protección de derechos de los adolescentes en estado de doble vulnerabilidad, sino que estas se vinculen con la restitución de derechos que el Estado ofrece en la Constitución de la República a todos los habitantes del Estado Ecuatoriano. La delincuencia juvenil hace referencia a los delitos (infracciones) cometidos por los menores de edad. El sistema judicial al abordar tales conductas, en los Juzgados de la Niñez y adolescencia, prevén determinadas especialidades procesales y cuentan con medios coercitivos específicos para su represión, como los centros de adolescentes infractores. Aquellos adolescentes que han dejado su hogar y paralelamente sus estudios, ven truncado su formación cultural empezando a asimilar valores morales negativos de su nuevo ambiente de trabajo, entre los cuales tenemos: el robo, el alcoholismo, la drogadicción, que son los más relevantes.
