Maestría en Diseño Curricular y Evaluación Educativa, 2018-09) Santos Gavilanes, Vanessa Carolina; López Miller, Zoila EsperanzaFrom the different areas of the pedagogical activity, the teaching competencies are the actions, attitude, and commitment that all professionals must assume in their educational work. These premises allow the teacher to leave the proposed scheme, break barriers, address new challenges, and expand their skills thus provoking personal development and growth so that all students learn to develop successfully in the different areas of life, contributing to a more prosperous and integral society. The aim of the use of the techniques and assessment instruments is to provide the learning process with a reference that examines the academic conditions of the students and responds to this process with preventive or corrective actions that promote the evaluation and joint efforts to raise the levels of quality in the educational service; this is a complex task in which the educational policies and the institutional improvement plans impact the different areas that are part of the scholar system. For that reason, the role of the teacher is an important factor in the teaching process because through the correct use of the techniques and assessment instruments they can organize and create effective environments of teaching, develop attitudes and values, and educate the students in an integral way. Finally, the objective of this investigation is to present a description of the characteristics, purpose, and applications of the competencies, techniques, and assessment instruments that can used in the different levels and educational needs so that the results of all those who are part of the educational process are effective.Item Técnicas e instrumentos de evaluación y su incidencia en la evaluación formativa en el área de lengua y literatura en los estudiantes de la Escuela de Educación Básica Media Héctor Lara(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. The primary basis of this research was to show that arise evaluation criteria within qualitative rating of the initial level for sublevels 1 and 2. This research work was to determine the incidence of the evaluation criteria in qualitative rating of the initial level school basic education "Sports Federation Cotopaxi" parish El Carmen, canton La Mana, Cotopaxi province. Which was relevant to the application of a survey to teachers for students observation and observation sheet containing the same research topic they addressed to questions. The results showed that in the field concerning the qualitative assessment and criteria, there is difficulty in teachers to raise criteria for qualitative evaluation to make a true assessment to infants and their development, and that teachers do not use assessment tools that values participation, cooperation and creativity of the student, as an evaluation is maintained at the work done in worksheets leaving aside the true ability of the student should be the very essence of the evaluation.Item Las técnicas e instrumentos de evaluación y su repercusión en el aprendizaje verbal y no verbal de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Mario Cobo Barona(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, 2016) Placencia Camacho, María del Carmen; Núñez Ramírez, Judith del CarmenThe purpose of this research is to determine the applicability of techniques and instruments of assessment and its impact on verbal and nonverbal learning, the research will focus toward students of Mario Cobo Barona school with more emphasis to high school students; to achieve this goal was taken into a consideration the current way of assessing, as well as the techniques and instruments that teachers apply to their students and how it affects the verbal and nonverbal learning , it is wait that : teachers appropriating a new tool for evaluation that will serve as a support for the grades entry on the current platform managed by the Ministry of Education at national level as part of the project Education Online Community, the same as nowadays specifically receive one rating for each partial curricular block, leaving open another way for teachers to handle other technological resources to bring their qualitative and quantitative grades in instruments based in their own personal assessment criteria before getting the final grade in platform to educate Ecuador. It is important to note that this research is based philosophically towards social constructivism, from the epistemology of knowledge, focusing on the general to the particular, axiologically it is considered the value of learning and what that represents students who are largely their own efforts, in accordance with their own criteria and interpretation that sometimes differ from the techniques and instruments used by the teacher to toward disciplinary skills development tools and skills with performance criteria that accompany the process of learning, the report also states a conceptual framework for the study variables, two surveys were applied for getting information to students and teachers about the use and application of common techniques and assessment tools, subsequently were analyzed and interpreted the information, to complete the investigation report, conclusions were established in concordance to the study objectives.Item Los reactivos de evaluación y la dimensión cognitiva de la taxonomía de Bloom con los estudiantes de nivel básica media de la unidad educativa República de Venezuela(2016) Toapaxi Guanopatín, Sandra Jacqueline Toapaxi Guanopatín; Lach Tenecota, WladimirThe objective of the research is to demonstrate the application of reagents assessment affect the cognitive dimension of Bloom's Taxonomy, with students in elementary and secondary level which provides them with an alternative study to be a tutorial reagent evaluation structured base. At present, teachers must prepare reagents evaluation to improve teaching-learning process and arouse interest in students because in this way they are easier, more effective quality education. Reagents evaluation are new tools for assessing students but easily resolved and understanding as it has alternative solutions that can be deducted, understand, analyze and come up with the right answer. Reagents based structured assessment we develop are: Direct Questioning Simple, nesting or ordering, completion, and elements selection List of ColumnsItem “Los instrumentos de evaluación y su incidencia en el desarrollo de destrezas con criterio de desempeño en la asignatura de Matemática de los estudiantes de Primer año de Bachillerato General Unificado del Instituto Tecnológico Superior Vicente León”(2013) Morales Villegas, Edgar Patricio; DT-Pacheco Rodríguez, FranklinLa investigación sobre: los instrumentos de evaluación y su incidencia en el desarrollo de destrezas con criterio de desempeño en la asignatura de matemática de los estudiantes de primer año de bachillerato general unificado del Instituto Tecnológico Superior Vicente león, permite cierta reflexión sobre como los docentes omiten el uso de alternativas de instrumentos de evaluación lo que no permite desarrollar en el estudiante el razonamiento lógico matemático, autonomía y auto control. Lo que se menciona es con base puesto que se ha aplicado encuestas a través de cuestionarios estructurados a estudiantes, y entrevistas a docentes del plantel, posterior a los mismos se realizó el respectivo análisis e interpretación de resultados elaborando para ello cuadros y gráficos estadísticos, en los mismos que se puede apreciar la necesidad urgente de reforzar el conocimiento en el área de matemática mediante la aplicación de nuevos instrumentos de evaluación, con lo que se contribuiría para una formación sólida, con lo cual se practicaría la filosofía del gobierno respecto al buen vivir. Cómo resultados de las encuestas a los estudiantes, se percibe un índice marcado respecto a la no utilización de destrezas para un razonamiento lógico, razón suficiente para que el problema de investigación sea tomado en cuenta por todos quienes hacemos la labor educativa en la institución y lo mejor sería cambiar en el menor tiempo posible la metodología de enseñanza y la aplicación de instrumentos de evaluación para un desarrollo del razonamiento. Por lo anterior se establece las siguientes conclusiones: Los instrumentos de evaluación con destrezas con criterio de desempeño deben ser utilizados por el docente en el aula, ya que estos si influyen en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, porque permite centrarse en un ámbito de razonamiento por parte de los estudiantes y puedan construir su propio conocimiento crítico y reflexivo y desarrollar las habilidades, destrezas, competencias, capacidades, lo cual será preponderante durante toda su vida.
