Dirección de Posgrado., 2017-09) Cortez Espinoza, Carmen Lorena; Rivera Flores, Danny GonzaloThe present investigation fulfilled in the Educational Specialized Unit "Carlos Garbay" of the City of Chimborazo's Riobamba Province during the academic year 2016-2017 where there took part the teachers of degree, personnel of the multiprofessional equipment and students of the parallel ones "A", taking intention as a road surface to determine the pedagogic methodology that the teachers of specialized education apply in the learning process in students with intellectual disability in four educational fundamental areas. For it there was necessary the identification of learning strategies and the production of the Didactic Digital Guide " 10 methodological Strategies for the learning in students with intellectual disability " as offer of solution before the ignorance in the processes of pedagogic methodologies because of the scanty experience and nonexistence of an educational curriculum for persons with disability, to the same one that I evaluate in a quantitative way the impact that had. In addition this study justified itself for his striking value investigative, helping to understand the suitable process of pedagogic methodologies and to adapt the national curriculum of agreement to the educational needs of the students. This way also the present work investigative critic of the model was established in the paradigm constructive functionally and was of cuali-quantitative character; sustaining the information of a bibliographical way and in the place of the facts. In addition there was applied a questionnaire and a card of observation for the analysis and processing of information where the obtained results were revealed in favor of the affirmative hypothesis, since, it managed to conclude that the educators apply adjustments curricular as methodology and the students develop the following learning strategies: in Language and Literature the teamwork in Mathematics the game and finally in the areas of Natural Sciences and Social Studies the imitation. Dirección de Posgrado., 2017-09) Chico Ramírez, Kely Mercedes; Meléndez Escobar, Lorena MonserrathThe present research aims to determine the influence of experimentation on the cognitive processes of the area of Natural Sciences in eighth grade students, Basic General Education in the afternoon section of the Educational Unit "Ambato", carried out through the qualitative approach Quantitative, which seeks to analyze how experimentation affects the development of the cognitive process, which was then interpreted statistically. Knowing that experimentation influences the cognitive processes developed by students. It establishes pedagogical recommendations to improve students' performance, through the articulation between cognitive processes and experimentation to facilitate learning in the area of Natural Sciences and to innovate in the changes in Education, which are achieved under the guidance of a mediating teacher, for which it is proposed the creation of a didactic guide of experimental activities in a virtual way, inside or outside the academic day with the use of an interactive methodology that facilitates the understanding of the subject. Therefore, the present thesis considers the creation and implementation of a Virtual, Social and Educational Platform for the dissemination and implementation of experimental practices that benefit the cognitive processes, in an interactive, dynamic and participative way, applicable in the area of Natural Sciences to generate extraordinary capacities in the beneficiary students, diversifying their knowledge as well as providing the necessary tools to improve their understanding and interest.Item “El Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos y las Competencias Profesionales Agrícolas de los estudiantes en la Escuela de Desarrollo Integral Agropecuario de la Universidad Politécnica Estatal del Carchi”(2013) Herrera Ramírez, Carlos David; DT-Cruz Tobar, EduardoEl propósito de este trabajo de investigación es determinar la incidencia del Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos (ABPRO) en el desarrollo de las competencias del área agrícola; y proponer una guía didáctica para la aplicación del aprendizaje basado en proyectos en la Escuela de Desarrollo Integral Agropecuario (EDIA), de la Universidad Politécnica Estatal del Carchi; para alcanzar estos propósitos, se inicio un estudio con docentes, estudiantes, empleadores de la EDIA; y la ayuda de análisis estadísticos permitió comprobar la hipótesis de que el ABRPO incide en el proceso aprendizaje – enseñanza para el desarrollo de las competencias agrícolas; también se detecto que el 61.54% de docentes no poseen una guía didáctica para la aplicación del ABPRO, por lo cual se diseño una guía y se la socializó con los miembros de la EDIA, propuesta que se encuentra en el presente informe.
