La gestión de calidad y su relación con el crecimiento de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito de la provincia de Tungurahua

| dc.description | The objective of the research project is to establish the relationship between quality management and cooperative growth in order to contribute to the improvement of institutional results. Accordingly, the quality management is diagnosed, the growth of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives of the province of Tungurahua is determined. The factors with the highest incidence of the independent variable on the dependent variable are analyzed. A survey was carried out based on the nine factors of the EFQM Excellence Model and five growth factors, on a Likert-type scale conformed with thirty-three questions referring to the two variables mentioned above. It was addressed to the general manager or head of human resources of the COACs. The survey was applied to 50 cooperatives. The processing of the information collected was carried out in the statistical package SPSS (Stadistical Product and Service) to analyze the correlation between the dimensions of the variables. The research concludes if there is a significant relationship between quality management and cooperative growth, it is important to mention that there is statistical significance, among some of the factors that make up quality management. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo establecer la relación de la gestión de la calidad con el crecimiento cooperativo para contribuir a la mejora de los resultados institucionales. Acorde a ello, se diagnostica la gestión de la calidad, se determina el crecimiento de las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito de la provincia de Tungurahua. Se analizan los factores de mayor incidencia de la variable independiente sobre la variable dependiente. Se realizó una encuesta basada en los nueve factores del Modelo de Excelencia EFQM y cinco factores de crecimiento, en escala tipo Likert conformada con treinta y tres preguntas referentes a las dos variables mencionadas anteriormente, estuvo dirigida al gerente general o jefe de recursos humanos de las COACs. La encuesta fue aplicada a 50 cooperativas. El procesamiento de la información recolectada se realizó en el paquete estadístico SPSS (Stadistical Product and Service) para analizar la correlación entre las dimensiones de las variables. La investigación concluye que, si existe relación significativa entre la gestión de la calidad y el crecimiento cooperativo, es importante mencionar que existe significancia estadística, entre algunos de los factores que integran la gestión de la calidad. | es_ES |
