Abstract
The language is one of the fundamental skills in people who want to live here from the first years of life, we allow you to express ideas, feelings, knowledge and form of people with other people, they will thank you for the maturation of the nervous system, the cerebrospinal fluid. and cognitive and socio-emotional facilities, this is an objective objective, identifying the level of oral language development, in children from 4 to 5 years old from the San Miguel Special Children Foundation, to design a technical resource manual the final estimate of the oral language, the manual is created in the application of the Oral Language Code of Navarre PLON-R, using the methodology of the quantitative investigation, descriptive for each variable and with a prospective design, in the results evidence that 30% of children are returning to oral language and 70% need to improve, according to the level of thinning content at their level the oral language is a child and adherent to the dimensions of the oral language it represents the differences that the use of technology as a therapeutic strategy permits that the child develops divorced, and that the necessary technical needs are unnecessarily the therapist or caregiver.

El lenguaje es una habilidad fundamental en las personas, porque se adquiere desde los primeros años vida, nos permite expresar ideas, sentimientos, conocimientos y formar vínculos con las otras personas, se desarrolla gracias a la maduración del sistema nervioso, del cerebro y de las habilidades cognitivas y socioemocionales. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo, identificar el nivel de desarrollo del lenguaje oral, en los niños de 4 a 5 años de edad de la Fundación de Niños Especiales San Miguel, para diseñar un manual de recursos tecnológicos con el fin de estimular el lenguaje oral, el manual se creó posterior a la aplicación de la prueba de Lenguaje Oral de Navarra PLON-R, en la metodología se utilizó la investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva para cada variable y con un diseño prospectivo, en los resultados se evidenció que el 30% de los niños presentó retraso en el lenguaje oral y el 70% necesitan mejorar, por ello la importancia de tener en cuenta en qué nivel de lenguaje oral esta cada niño y además en que dimensiones del lenguaje oral presenta dificultades, el uso de la tecnología como estrategia terapéutica permite que el niño se desarrolle divirtiéndose, aprovechando las herramientas tecnológicas adecuadas a su necesidad, acorde a su edad y controlado por el terapeuta o cuidador.
