dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se propone el estudio de artroplastia como consecuencia de una meniscopatía para analizar los diferentes episodios que tuvo el paciente ,que hicieron que el caso a análisis sea elegido por el investigador , para ello fue necesario indagar en los diagnósticos médicos, sintomatología inicial, final y exámenes de laboratorios , también se estudió los diferentes tratamientos, tanto los de intervención médica , como también los fisioterapéuticos , para que así sea de mayor eficacia los contenidos. Se identificó la información de mayor interés para la investigación, la misma que formó parte del caso clínico, además se indagó en centros médicos donde el paciente acudió con el fin de solucionar su dificultad de salud, los mismos que fueron instituciones públicas y privadas. Se determinó algunos criterios que se habían prestado para una confusión diagnostica. También se evaluó el tratamiento fisioterapéutico, en el cual encontraron algunas emisiones, retrasos y por último se establece una alternativa de tratamiento con el objetivo de mejorar la funcionalidad articular y vida de la pacientees_ES
dc.description.abstractIn this paper the study of arthroplasty is proposed as a result of meniscopathy to analyze the different episodes that took the patient, which made the case analysis is chosen by the researcher, for it was necessary to investigate medical diagnostics, initial symptoms, final and laboratory tests, different treatments, both medical intervention, as well as physiotherapy, so that is more effective content was also studied. information of interest for research were identified, the same that was part of the case, also were investigated in medical centers where the patient came in order to solve their health difficulty, the same as were public and private institutions. Some criteria that had been lent to confusion diagnosed determined. the physical therapy was also evaluated, which found some issues, delays and finally an alternative treatment is established with the aim of improving joint function and life of the patientes_ES
