dc.descriptionIntroducción: la aplicación de cuidado paliativos al final de la vida tiene como objetivo brindar confort, calidad, alivio al dolor y una muerte digna a los pacientes, sin embargo, otro punto importante a tratar es la espiritualidad la cual busca brindar paz y tranquilidad al alma. Objetivo: analizar los conocimientos y cuidados sobre espiritualidad desde la perspectiva enfermera en cuidados paliativos. Metodología: revisión sistemática obtenida mediante la revisión de artículos científicos y la aplicación del método PRISMA. Resultados: selección y análisis de 17 artículos científicos que cumplen con los criterios de inclusión. Discusión: el presente artículo sustenta las perspectivas sobre espiritualidad que posee el personal de enfermería en cuidados paliativos, así como sus barreras y acciones a emplear frente a estas situaciones. Conclusiones: La espiritualidad representa un enfoque primordial dentro de los cuidados paliativos y el personal de enfermería debe encontrase preparado para cubrir las necesidades de los pacientes e idear acciones que les permitan desvanecer las barreras que comprometen su correcto accionar.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: the application of palliative care at the end of life aims to provide comfort, quality, pain relief and a dignified death to patients, however, another important point to address is spirituality which seeks to provide peace and tranquility to the patient. soul. Objective: to analyze the knowledge and care about spirituality from the nursing perspective in palliative care. Methods: systematic review obtained by reviewing scientific articles and applying the PRISMA method. Results: selection and analysis of 17 scientific articles that meet the inclusion criteria. Discussion: This article supports the perspectives on spirituality that nursing staff have in palliative care, as well as their barriers and actions to be used in these situations. Conclusions: Spirituality represents a primary focus within palliative care and nursing staff must be prepared to meet the needs of patients and devise actions that allow them to remove the barriers that compromise their correct action.es_ES
