dc.descriptionThe following research with the theme "Teacher empathy in meaningful learning in early childhood education children", focused on the intensive search for information in scientific articles, books, magazines, among others, and obtaining relevant information through an interview script and an observation sheet. The main purpose of this research was to analyze the importance of teacher empathy in meaningful learning in the children of the Jerusalén Educational Unit, supporting from the theory of teacher empathy in meaningful learning as the first objective and thus to describe the benefits of teacher empathy for the child's meaningful learning as the second objective and finally to establish the relationship of teacher empathy with meaningful learning. This research presents a qualitative approach, with a phenomenological research design that helps to know how empathy helps in the process of meaningful learning, and the impact of the subject within the educational environment, likewise it has a descriptive scope since it details and collects information on the meaningful learning that children have through their teacher's empathy. With the operationalization of the variables, two techniques with their instruments are proposed, among them, the interview technique with its instrument, the interview script, is designed with open questions which were evaluated and approved by experts in the area of early education, and the observation technique with its instrument, the observation sheet, was also used; Finally, it was possible to prove that teacher empathy is important for children's meaningful learning, since through it they gain confidence in their teachers and in themselves, which helps them to generate a harmonious environment that improves the quality of educationes_ES
dc.description.abstractLa siguiente investigación con el tema “La empatía docente en el aprendizaje significativo en los niños de nivel inicial”, se enfocó en la búsqueda intensa de información en artículos científicos, libros, revistas, entre otros, y la obtención de información relevante por medio de un guion de entrevista y una ficha de observación. El propósito principal de esta investigación fue analizar la importancia de la empatía docente en el aprendizaje significativo en los niños de Educación Inicial de la Unidad Educativa Jerusalén, sustentando desde la teoría la empatía docente en el aprendizaje significativo como primer objetivo y así describir los beneficios de la empatía del docente para el aprendizaje significativo del niño como segundo objetivo y finalmente establecer la relación de la empatía docente con el aprendizaje significativo. Esta Investigación presenta un enfoque cualitativo, con un diseño de investigación fenomenológico que ayuda a conocer como la empatía ayuda en el proceso de aprendizaje significativo, y el impacto de la temática dentro del ámbito educativo, de igual forma posee un alcance descriptivo puesto que detalla y recolecta información sobre el aprendizaje significativo que tienen los niños a través de la empatía de su docente. Con la operacionalización de las variables se platea dos técnicas con sus instrumentos, entre ellos, la técnica de la entrevista con su instrumento el guion de entrevista, está diseñado con preguntas abiertas las cuales fueron evaluadas y aprobadas por expertos en el área de Educación Inicial, a la par se utilizó la técnica de observación con su instrumento ficha de observación; las mismas que ayudaron la elaboración de resultados basándose en los objetivos planteados, finalmente se pudo comprobar que la empatía docente es importante en el aprendizaje significativo en los niños ya que por medio de esta ellos obtienen confianza en sus docentes y en sí mismos, lo que les ayuda a generar un ambiente de armonía en el que mejora la calidad educativaes_ES
