| dc.description | Introducción: Hasta no hace muchos años, el nacimiento de un hijo era un acontecimiento familiar y de la comunidad que solía tenía lugar en los hogares, con la protección y ayuda de otras mujeres entrenadas. Las primeras civilizaciones agregaron a este acontecimiento innumerables significados culturales que a través de las generaciones han ido sufrido varias transformaciones. Objetivo: Identificar el manejo, riesgos y complicaciones del parto eutócico clínico vs el parto eutócico ancestral. Metodología: La revisión plantea una investigación mediante un análisis documental, bajo la técnica observacional – analítica, en artículos de los últimos 5 años. Resultados: El gobierno conjunto con el Ministerio de Salud y toda el área médica ha buscado implementar el “Parto humanizado” en busca de mantener una armonía materno-fetal segura. Conclusión: Se concluye que es importante identificar los riesgos de mortalidad materno infantil asociados al parto ancestral y diseñar intervenciones que promuevan prácticas seguras y basadas en evidencia. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Until not so long ago, the birth of a child was a family and community event that usually took place at home, with the protection and help of other trained women. Early civilisations added innumerable cultural meanings to this event that have undergone various transformations over the generations. Objective: To identify the management, risks and complications of clinical euthyroid birth vs. ancestral euthyroid birth. Methodology: The review proposes an investigation through a documentary analysis, under the observational-analytical technique, in articles from the last 5 years. Results: The government, together with the Ministry of Health and the entire medical field, has sought to implement ‘humanised childbirth’ in order to maintain safe maternal-fetal harmony. Conclusion: It is important to identify the risks of maternal and infant mortality associated with ancestral birth and to design interventions that promote safe and evidence-based practices. | |
