| dc.description | The purpose of this research project was to evaluate the real economic benefit of the industry that allows to appreciate the creation or destruction of value in the milling companies of Ecuador during the years 2017-2021, based on the data reflected in the financial statements provided in the portal of the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance, the study was focused on five milling companies with the purpose of demonstrating if they generate added value as a result of their daily economic activities daily, so that the financial instrument EVA (Economic Value Added) was used. ) which is a systematic management control mechanism that monitors the situation of the organization and compares it to visualize the behavior of the investment over time out or the future. The process establishes the development and analysis of financial formulas that support final conclusions and recommendations such as the weighted average cost of capital, the value of the asset, and the profit before interest and after taxes. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como finalidad evaluar el beneficio económico real de la industria que permita apreciar la creación o destrucción de valor en las empresas molineras del Ecuador durante los años 2017-2021, en base a los datos reflejados en los estados financieros dispuestos en el portal de la Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, el estudio fue enfocado en cinco empresas molineras con el propósito de demostrar si generan valor agregado como resultado de sus actividades económicas diarias, de manera que se utilizó el instrumento financiero EVA (Valor Económico Agregado) que es un mecanismo de control de gestión sistemático que monitorea la situación de la organización y la compara para con ello visualizar el comportamiento de la inversión en el tiempo. Dentro del proceso se establece el desarrollo y análisis de fórmulas financieras que sustenten conclusiones y recomendaciones finales como el costo promedio de capital ponderado, el valor del activo, y la utilidad antes de intereses y después de impuestos. | es_ES |
