dc.descriptionThis theoretical research analyses the assembly mechanisms used in mid-mountain camping tents, evaluating their functionality, efficiency and adaptability to demanding weather conditions. In a context of increasing demand for specialized camping equipment, this study contributes to the academic and practical knowledge on the systems that make up the mechanism and facilitate assembly in high altitude environments, characterized by strong winds, low temperatures and uneven terrain. The importance of designing intuitive, light and resistant mechanisms that provide a pleasant user experience and meet the specific requirements of mid-mountain is highlighted. In addition, the study identifies the mechanism and system together with its assembly components that offer the best feasibility, optimizing the time and effort of the camper, ensuring a resistant temporary shelter. It also offers a theoretical framework of reference for designers and manufacturers interested in improving the assembly technology in camping tents. Finally, the development of more competitive and functional products is promoted, encouraging people's contact with nature through outdoor activities such as camping.
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación teórica analiza los mecanismos de ensamble utilizados en tiendas de acampar de media montaña, evaluando su funcionalidad, eficiencia y adaptabilidad a condiciones climáticas exigentes. En un contexto de creciente demanda de equipos de camping especializados, este estudio aporta al conocimiento académico y practico sobe los sistemas que conforman el mecanismo y facilitan el montaje en entornos de altura, caracterizados por vientos fuertes, temperaturas bajas y terrenos irregulares. Se destaca la importancia de diseñar mecanismos intuitivos, ligeros y resistentes que brinden una agradable experiencia de usuario y cumplan con los requerimientos específicos de media montaña. Adicional a esto, el estudio identifica mecanismo y sistema junto con sus componentes de ensamble que ofrece la mejor factibilidad, optimizando el tiempo y esfuerzo del campista asegurando un refugio temporal resistente. Así también, se ofrece un marco teórico de referencia para diseñadores y fabricantes interesados en mejorar la tecnología de montaje en tiendas de acampar. Por último, se promueve el desarrollo de productos más competitivos y funcionales, incentivando el contacto de las personas con la naturaleza a través de actividades al aire libre como el camping.
