| dc.description | El rol del trabajador social en el abordaje del trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad en estudiantes es crucial para proporcionar un apoyo integral y personalizado. A través de la evaluación de las necesidades individuales y sociales de los sujetos afectados. El trabajador social puede colaborar estrechamente con los educadores, autoridades, padres de familia y el equipo multidisciplinario propio del departamento de consejería estudiantil, para desarrollar estrategias efectivas que mejoren el rendimiento académico y el bienestar emocional de los estudiantes relacionados a esta problemática. Para el abordaje de esta problemática, es fundamental entender y conocer que significa y abarcael TDAH, como afecta a los sujetos que la poseen, como afecta a su calidad de vida y desarrollosocial, educativo e individual, en específico en el contexto educativo, pues es en este sector donde se presentan mayores conflictos, en relación a su evolución y rendimiento académico. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la influencia del rol del trabajador social en el abordaje de estudiantes con TDAH, identificando el rol que cumple el trabajo social, definiendosus procesos de intervención y abordaje propios de esta profesión, además de plantear una alternativa de solución en relación al tema. El diseño de esta investigación fue de tipo Bibliografía y de campo, con un nivel de investigación descriptivo y correlacional, aplicando la metodología analítica – sintética e hipotético – deductivo. Para la sistematización de esta investigación se utilizará un enfoque de tipo mixto, entendiendoque, durante todo el proceso de investigación y análisis de información, se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo de forma simultánea, para llegar a la obtención eficaz de los datos e información necesaria para la continuación y formulación de la hipótesis presentada como basede esta investigación. Se conto con una muestra estándar de 115 profesionales de diferentes ramas profesionales, dichos sujetos se tomaron como parte de la muestra de manera independientemente de cualquier otro indicador o condición como podría ser: sexo, genero, situación social, situación familiar, situación económica, situación cultural, etnia, ideologías oreligión. | dc.description.abstract | The social worker’s role on addressing attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in students is crucial to provide comprehensive and personalized support. Through the evaluation of the individual and social needs of the affected subjects. The social worker can closely collaborate with educators, authorities, parents and the multidisciplinary team of the student counseling department, to develop effective strategies that improve the academic performance and emotional well-being of students related to this problem. To address this problem, it is essential to understand and know what ADHD means and what exactly it englobes, how it affects to the ones who have it; also, how it affects their life and social quality besides the affections on the educational and individual development, specifically referring to the academic context. since it is in this branch where the greatest conflicts arise, talking about their evolution and academic performance. The objective of this research was to determine the influence of the role of the social worker inthe approach of students with ADHD, identifying the role that social work plays, defining its intervention and approach processes typical of this profession, in addition to propose an alternative solution related to the topic. This was of bibliography and field type research with a descriptive and correlational level of research, applying the analytical - synthetic and hypothetical - deductive methodology. For the systematization of this research, a mixed approach will be used, understanding that, throughout the entire research and information analysis process, the qualitative and quantitativeapproach was used simultaneously, to achieve effective obtaining of data and no information for the continuation and formulation of the hypothesis presented as the basis of this research.
