| dc.description | La cadena de valor es una herramienta que permite identificar aquellas actividades que generan valor tanto al cliente interno como externo, hoy en día las condiciones del mercado exige establecer nuevos métodos de productividad frente a los desafío existentes, es por ello, que la empresa chocolatera debe estar preparada para enfrentar cambios en el sistema productivo. El objetivo principal es analizar la cadena de valor y la productividad en la empresa “Molinos Marbella”, de la ciudad de Ambato, este estudio está orientado en un paradigma crítico propositivo, metodología de campo con la observación directa utilizando como herramienta la ficha de observación; la investigación es cuantitativa y cualitativa porque está dirigida a comprobar una hipótesis para la solución de la problemática. El propietario y colaboradores de la empresa han proporcionado información importante para el desarrollo de la investigación; de modo que, el nivel de conocimiento y experiencia promueven al desarrollo empresarial con miras positivas al futuro y abiertos a nuevos cambios o transformación de la matriz productiva tanto en el sector como a nivel nacional. | es_ES |

The main objective is to analyze the value chain and productivity in the company "Molinos Marbella", in the city of Ambato, this study is oriented in a critical propositive paradigm, field methodology with direct observation using the observation card as a tool; The research is quantitative and qualitative because it is aimed at checking a hypothesis for the solution of the problem.
