Modelo de análisis de seguridad ciudadana basado en datos cuantitativos para el marketing comunicacional

Abstract

The Integrated Security System (SIS ECU911) is responsible for coordinating citizen security in Ecuador, allowing the institutions directly responsible for execution such as police, armed forces and others to fulfill their obligations more efficiently. It was born from the constitutional provision of the National Comprehensive Security Plan, and in 2012 it began its activities as a coordinating institution for citizen security. The main motivation to carry out this research is to be able to analyze the data generated in their activities, in order to give them a more meaningful meaning and to make a contribution to the institution and therefore to the citizenship. Through the analysis of information in order to create a sustainable and highly useful value in order to create citizen empowerment. Considering as elements that have guided the present investigation the publications obtained through the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the United Nations (UN) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in different localities of the world. For this reason we proposed a model that helps to find creative solutions and that these solutions were closely related to the community, having as main actor the trust that is manifested by the citizens towards the security institutions. Showing the proposed solution seen from an integrative approach, in which, within the different dimensions considered, such as institutional, technological and citizenship.
