Mejoramiento de la vía Palopo Centro-Palopo Mirador de la parroquia Ignacio Flores del cantón Latacunga

Abstract

The project was developed in order to carry out the study for the improvement of the Palopo Centro-Palopo Mirador road, which will favor the economic and social development of the inhabitants of the sector. The development of this project consists of the topographic survey for which the total station was used; the vehicular traffic count with which the projected TPDA will last for 20 years; the study of the soil where the granulometry, the liquid and plastic indices and the punctual CBR will be reduced to subsequently calculate the design CBR that will be able to design the pavement structure. In addition, the geometric design of the road was carried out according to the specifications of the MOP and the reference budget of the project. At the end of the project, it will be delivered to the Municipal GAD of the Latacunga canton, as a contribution from the Technical University of Ambato for the community, which can be used in the way it sees fit.
