Through this technical project, the proposal of the conservation plan of the structure of Ambato-Pillaro’s rolling layer in the abscissa’s section from 0+000 km to the 4+000 in Yacupamba area of Izamba parish in Ambato city of Tungurahua’s province was done. Thanks to Dron uses a suitable data register was possible to do in order to get a georeferenced survey for the road’s digitization. Other elements which were helpful for the road’s abscissa were paint and tape measure. During a week from monday to sunday with an interval of 12 hours, vehicle traffic was counted and as a result of this a future TPDA value of 11124 vehicles per day was calculated. For this reason, this road is classified as an AV1 Multilane Highway To do a study of soils, 8 calicatas were done in order to determine the CBR whose average value is 22.7 porcent, this means that the subrassant’s behavior is excellent. Through the use of the Benkelman beam, the deflections presented by the pavement surface were measured every 200 meters. Furthermore, the visual inspection was made along the road section and different faults were found. Thanks to this, the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) was obtained with a high rating score due to it the road only needs routine maintenance.
