El conflicto de género y su relación con el maltrato familiar en los hogares de los estudiantes de psicología de la facultad de ciencias Humanas y de la educación de la UTA

El conflicto de género y la violencia intrafamiliar son temas que causan sobresalto en la sociedad contemporánea y que deben ser analizados desde las variadas perspectivas que aportan para la comprensión de tan intrincado problema, razón por la cual en este estudio se aborda las aportaciones hechas desde la jurisprudencia, sociología, psicología y economía. Cada una de estas ramas tiene algo que decir al respecto y revela las profundidades de un conflicto que genera pérdidas económicas, sociales y familiares. El Estado Ecuatoriano se halla totalmente comprometido con la población vulnerable que en este caso es la mujer y los niños, razón por la cual existen al momento políticas que promueven el desarrollo social y económico de esta población, también el respeto a sus derechos y crea espacios para la protección en situaciones de riesgo.The conflict of gender and domestic violence are issues that cause shock in the contemporary society and that must be analyzed from the varied perspectives that contribute to the understanding of such intricate problem, reason by which in this study deals with contributions from the jurisprudence, sociology, psychology and economics. Each of these branches has something to say on this matter and shows the depths of a conflict that generates economic, social and familiar losses. The Ecuadorian government is fully committed to the vulnerable population in this case women and children, reason why there are policies that promote social and economic development of this population, also the respect for their rights at the time and creates spaces for protection in situations of risk.
Funcionalidad familiar y rendimiento académico en niños, niñas y jovenes beneficiarios del proyecto de prevención del trabajo infantil de una casa de acogida de la Ciudad de Ambato

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of family functionality on academic performance among children and young people who are beneficiaries of the project for the prevention of child labor in a shelter in the city of Ambato. Where can be determined that, if there is influence of family functionality on academic performance being the main causes of this poor communication in the family, in addition to no adaptability in terms of their roles and standards and lack of permeability to the moment of resolution of family conflicts. The methodology used to develop the research is a quantitative approach through the application of 60 surveys where questions are asked to know the level of family functioning of each of the beneficiaries, in addition to request the report of individual grades of children and young boys. Family dysfunction occurs because the family group can not solve the conflicts present in their daily life, thus causing misunderstanding lack of communication and disinterest on the part of the parents in activities that are related to the educational environment of the children, which causes that these do not comply with what is required by teachers and reach low averages, affecting their future educational life because this can cause school repetition and educational backwardness. The beneficiaries will work in schools for parents and children, giving them knowledge about issues such as: responsible parenting, use of school platforms, family communication, among others.
La infidelidad y los problemas conyugales en las estudiantes casadas de la Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato de la Provincia de Tungurahua

The study of infidelity and conjugal problems in married students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato of Tungurahua province, has been motivated by the fact of determining the existence of infidelity and knowing the factors that they influence conjugal problems; being an exploratory-descriptive and correlational investigation, as part of the deductive method that infers the results from the opinion, where it is emphasized that the demonstrations of infidelity do not only occur in the bed, but in flirtation or simple innuendo, having as engines the lack of affection between the spouses, sexual dissatisfaction, poorly defined social relations and the economic aspect; half of the married student population has been involved in acts of infidelity, which most often occur with unknown persons, attributing their existence to the behavior of the couple and degenerating into situations of revenge as referents of personal and emotional immaturity . The change of personality, differentiation in the treatment, variations of character and signals, telling lies and hiding compromising objects; they are clear evidences of infidelity; In spite of this, it is convenient to continue with the couple for economic and emotional benefits towards their children. Despite the fact, it does not cause couples to separate and the relationship ends, in the face of the negative situation, most affected prefer to be diplomatic fostering dialogue and confrontation; the majority prefers an assertive communication than learning through third parties; since the conjugal conflicts only have a destructive and harmful background, but they are so frequent, that they take place between three to eight monthly conjugal conflicts in two thirds of the population.
La intervención del Trabajo Social y los procesos de reinserción familiar en el Centro de privación de la libertad para personas adultas en conflicto con la ley de la Ciudad de Riobamba

His work addresses the reality of Social Work in the processes of social rehabilitation as an urgent need in the centers of deprivation of liberty for adults in conflict with the Law in the city of Riobamba in order to help them to regain their family bond, decrease recidivism and can be productive entities for society: The general objective was to determine the incidence of social work intervention in the processes of family reintegration in the Center of Deprivation of Liberty for adults in conflict with the Law in the city of Riobamba (CPLPACLR). Through a qualitative and quantitative approach, with a documentary and field bibliographical research modality, using the type of exploratory, descriptive, correlation research, it made possible the application of a multiple alternative option survey closed to 198 deprived of the freedom that constituted the sample size. The results obtained determined that in this penitentiary institution no intervention activities of Social Work are carried out due to the lack of specialized professionals in the area, this being a factor that affects the effective processes of family reintegration, in addition it was possible to verify that there are no plans of intervention in which the PPLs are participating. The verification of the hypothesis was carried out using the chi-square and non-parametric tests in the statistical program SPSS v21. The results of the p value (0,00)

Parental authority is an inalienable right of parents, as long as the integrity of the child or adolescent is not affected, the parents must ensure the integral development of their children, taking care of their well-being and quality of life, not only in the economic aspect although it is a very important factor so that the children can have a quality of life in its totality, must take into account that the emotional part, affective is a prime factor for the development of the children making them feel loved and protected by their parents, which will give them security to be able to function in life. Divorce in Ecuador has increased in a transcendental way due to different factors that lead to a family breakdown, are directly affecting the children of several families in our country, since conflicts between parents involve their children, and they are like an instrument of contention, influencing them in order to obtain the affection and care of their children and thus achieve the rupture of the affective bond with one of the parents and thus get to stay with his son, without thinking that there are different affectations in them, since to a future will be noticed the consequences in the children of the whole process of dispute of the progenitors.
El Régimen de Visitas Supervisadas

The principle of the best interest of the child is considered a primary principle within Family Law, in which not only the family must interfere, but also the State, which has the obligation to guarantee compliance with the aforementioned principle, as well as the rights that has been stipulated in the Organic Code of Childhood and Adolescence The purpose of the research topic is to make known the basic points for which the supervised visitation regime is given, focusing mainly on the factors and problems for which a Judge comes to interfere, as well as reflecting what is does and from what aspects the Social Worker interacts. It was possible to know the aspects of the case under study, as an example in relation to the obligation to comply with the interaction of the child with both parents, since the education and upbringing of children does not depend on one parent, but on both. even if they do not live together, responding to the need for parents to learn about the rights of the child and about the obligation to live together with their father and mother.
La relaciones familiares y el desarrollo sexual de los niños y adolescentes de la Fundación Proyecto Salesiano Granja Don Bosco del área de acogida

The objective of the research was focused on the analysis of the family relations and the sexual development of children and adolescents of the Salesian Project Foundation "Granja Don Bosco”. This information was collected through the study based on statistical data, in order to sustain the present project. Before elaborating the strategies, a meticulous analysis was carried out about family relationships and sexual development to determine causes and possible solutions to the problem. The research refers to the procedures and techniques that were used, such as the surveys and the interview in a direct way through field research with authorities, guides and adolescents and children of the foundation, just to know their actual situation. In addition, bibliographic research was applied to collect information as secondary sources that supported the investigation. For this process, it was necessary to consult several bibliographical and scientific sources that support the research. In the process, a qualitative-quantitative methodology was used through a survey that was applied to a population of 50 adolescents and children and 5 teachers. The results showed that family relationships do affect adolescent’s sexual development. It was analyzed with scientific deductions and the results determined that it is needed to implement strategies that encourage a healthy sexual development to avoid future problems that harm the lives of adolescents and families of the community.
Las relaciones familiares y los suicidios en el Cantón Ambato Provincia de Tungurahua

The main object of the present investigation research is to let know the incidence of family relationships into the suicides in Ambato canton from Tungurahua province during 2017, also it will be done in order to verify if it does exist a relation between the variables, in addition, a deeper study will be done, taking into account the cases because it is very necessary to acquire kowledge about the factors that are causing many people take the wrong decition that is to suicide, thus promoting the progressive increase of suicides without discrimination of age, gender and economic situation, bringing with it several consequences for relatives in the face of human loss. For this field investigation, families with suicide cases were taken into account, the investigator worked with 32 families in a direct way and with the administrative area of the Dirección Nacional de Delitos Contra la Vida, Muertes Violentas, Desapariciones, Extorción y Secuestro (Dinased) Subzona Tungurahua, in order to do this investigation it was necessary to apply a survey and the interview. The motor of this investigation is the necessity to find the biggest motivator of suicides in local people, according to the results it will provide by the different interviewed people it will show that the main reason is because some family problems, influenced by a lack of family relationships because, in these groups there exist an disorganized environment, emotional instability and dysfunction as a complete family, that is something that did not provide the necessary guarantees to achieve optimum levels of well-being and satisfaction both personal and family. With the results obtained, a proposal will be proposed as a solution to the problem in order to progressively reduce the statistics of suicide in the local people.
Secretos familiares y confrontación familiar en la Unidad Educativa Anibal Salgado Ruiz modalidad nocturna del Cantón Tisaleo de la Provincia de Tungurahua

Every person has kept for himself certain details of his life that he has not shared with others for different reasons. These so-called secrets in the family have sometimes transcended generations who carry a burden that at some point comes to light and results in fights and conflicts that result in confrontations between family members. Each person has his way of confronting his family in times of fight, and this work seeks to establish the relationship between family secrets and the confrontation that occurs in it, after which the awareness plan is established in the study population as a resource that allows to eliminate harmful family secrets that harm the coexistence of the family nucleus.
