In Ecuador, the educational sector faces significant challenges in academic and administrative management due to the reliance on manual processes and limited IT tools. These issues directly impact operational efficiency and the experience of students, teachers, and administrative staff. During the 2023-2024 period, the Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional PCEI Tungurahua experienced these difficulties, particularly in managing grades, enrollment processes, and academic reports. This project focuses on the implementation and deployment of a web system named ACADEXUS, designed to optimize academic and administrative management within the institution. This system enables the decentralization of key tasks, such as grade entry by teachers, and the automation of critical processes, including report generation and academic year promotion. The main features include user management, grade management, academic periods, and enrollment processes, as well as a scalable module that allows for future expansions. The system was developed using a layered architecture with Next.js in the frontend and PostgreSQL as the database manager. The Kanban development methodology was applied, enabling rapid and adaptive iterations to facilitate the continuous delivery of functionalities. Additionally, a thorough usability analysis was conducted using the SUS scale, achieving a score above 75, validating the system's effectiveness from the users' perspective. This project represents a significant step toward modernizing educational management in the institution, contributing to the digital transformation of the educational sector
