    Diseño de un plan de seguridad industrial en el trabajo para prevenir accidentes y riesgos laborales en la empresa “Kipa Amaranto”

    The research project aimed to develop an industrial safety plan to prevent accidents and occupational risks inside the company “Kipa Amaranto”, located in the city of Riobamba, it was a study based on bibliographic research that allows to find documents that are relevant to the research, field research was also used to collect information within the company and qualitative research that allowed to determine the initial situation of the organization. Tools such as SIPOC diagram and flowcharts determined the processes and find the activities within the company, risk inspection formats and the checklist of tools were used which allowed to know how the company is in terms of security the same that does not have a security policy. With the information obtained, the GTC 45 was used to define the risks present in the institution, the individual position was assessed using the RULA method, the incidence of psychosocial risks was reduced by ISTAS 21. Through these methods it was found that the fruit peeling process has a total score of 6 which indicates that research and changes should be made to the job in the short term, psychosocial risks associated with mental load and responsibility were identified. For this reason, an industrial safety plan is designed, which proposes instruments that help reduce the level of ergonomic risk, such as lifting loads, a layout with signage based on executive decree 2393 Art.169 and finally, a training plan was developed for people working within the organization.
