Through a quantitative approach, it uses data collection and analysis to answer questions and test previously determined hypotheses, and emphasizes numerical measurement, counting and, commonly, the use of statistics with accurate behavior patterns in an established population. Regarding the research modality, it is highlighted that, field research is the methodical study of events in the place where events are generated. You will contact the institution, to acquire information according to the objectives of the project. As for the results, they are detailed in the figure 70, the same one that refers to a methodology for the development of the labor competences of the technical personnel of the EEASA, it is composed of four detailed components of The following way: diagnosis of labor competencies, were determined in the evaluation carried out by the heads of the sections, it is highlighted that the instrument is made in the software SEDEP, which is property of the EEASA. As for component two, a strategic foresight study is carried out, which is carried out through a three - pronged process: analysis of strengths and weaknesses, Mic - Mac analysis and Mactor analysis. Training is established within the training program according to the needs of the technical departments.
