    Introduction: Higher education faces challenges in a globalized world, which is why university institutions seek to excel in areas such as research, pedagogy and student participation. Multiple innovative criteria become relevant to find approaches and methodologies that contribute to strengthening quality and processes. evaluative at this training level Objectives: Design an integrative model supported by multiple innovative criteria focused on the development of quality and Higher Educational evaluation processes Methodology: A systemic review was carried out using the Elsevier - Scopus databases, including information from the year 2018 – 2023, a qualitative and quantitative approach was applied, research related to innovative criteria to evaluate and improve educational quality in higher education institutions was analyzed Results: Multiple innovative criteria related to quality and higher educational evaluation are explored through the application of certain approaches regarding educational quality, evaluation instruments, decision-making techniques, strategic alignment, typical evaluation criteria, designing an integrative model that consists of three phases, first, identification of key criteria, second, determination of weights of criteria and third, classification of faculties applying RATMI technique Conclusions: An integrative model was designed through the use of instruments such as multi-criteria decision techniques and the balanced scorecard, it is essential to improve the quality and higher educational evaluation in a general way, considering multiple dimensions such as infrastructure, internal processes, learning, results and innovations, identifying strengths and areas of improvement focused on strategic resources, aspects based on the innovative multiple criteria integrative model.
