Item Reclutamiento, selección de personal y evaluación de desempeño en el Comercial Yolanda Salazar Cía. Ltda.(Carrera de Psicología Industrial, 2023-04-01) Aguilar Zurita, Jacobo Rafael; Velastegui Hernández, Rommel SantiagoEl presente trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar el reclutamiento, selección de personal y evaluación de desempeño en el Comercial Yolanda Salazar Cía. Ltda.”; componentes que al no ser fortalecidos han generado insatisfacción del personal por el puesto o cargo debido a la falta de motivación de los líderes empresariales. La metodología aplicada integra el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, una modalidad bibliográfica documental, y de campo, mientras los niveles fue el descriptivo, diseño no experimental correlacional simple; la muestra quedó conformada por 50 trabajadores se utilizó dos cuestionarios propuestos por Ramírez en el trabajo efectuado en la Universidad César Vallejo del país español la validez de contenido y confiabilidad de 0,887 y 0,925 por instrumento; para procesar los resultados se usó el software estadístico SPSS V26. Los datos obtenidos fueron sistematizados y comprobados por el método de Pearson, que presentando un 95% de significancia y un margen de error del 5%, permitió comprobar la hipótesis que hace referencia a la relación entre el reclutamiento y selección de personal y la evaluación del desempeño. Se concluye que, para minimizar la incertidumbre, es preciso fortalecer la descripción del puesto de trabajo, de esta forma se asegurará la contratación e inserción; además, la capacitación a los nuevos empleados fortalecerá el cumplimiento de sus funciones, es significativo evitar la insatisfacción a través de incentivos mejoren el clima general del grupo, pretendiendo aumentar la eficiencia y productividad.Item "La selección de personal y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Corporación Impactex CIA. The change that companies live in this competitive era, has become too important an issue for the planet, which put emphasis on getting skilled human capital and suitable offers expected results, profitable economic profit entities, especially to be beneficial for both parties. Research helps build a new election process, it is essential when hiring employees. Having a staff selection subsystem properly structured aims to strengthen the development of human talent based on the description of the activities to follow; qualitative, quantitative approach is presented; mode in this research field is, bibliographic and documentary; also it involves the descriptive level, correlational level, level explanatory variables. With a population sample of 48 people, which are divided into 38 people working in the operating area; 10 they are working in the administrative area.
