Item La técnica de mindfulness en la regulación emocional en niños de 4 a 5 años(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la educación -Carrera de Turismo, 2025-01-27) Arias Santos Andy Nicole; Rosero Morales Elena del Rocío; Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la educación -Carrera de TurismoThe research topic is based on “The Mindfulness technique in emotional regulation in children from 4 to 5 years old” from the Educational Unit ‘Federico González Suárez’, which aims to describe the Mindfulness technique in emotional regulation in children from 4 to 5 years old. The research focuses on data collection through reliable sources and uses a MINEDUC scale type observation sheet to evaluate the children before and after the intervention activities with the Mindfulness technique, validated by experts, and for the teachers an interview was used.which consisted of a script of open-ended questions. In addition, it follows a qualitative approach, focused on obtaining detailed information about the experiences and perceptions of children and teachers. The research was exploratory - descriptive, aimed at discovering new knowledge about emotional regulation through the Mindfulness technique. The results were analyzed through triangulation of the information obtained. The analysis concluded that the Mindfulness technique is effective in promoting emotional regulation and selfregulation in children, allowing them to express their emotions peacefully and acquire skills to identify anda manage them to face challenging situations, which is key at this stage of biopsychosocial development.
