The present study aims to analyze the effectiveness of didactic activities in natural environments for managing anger in children aged 4 to 5 years, focusing on three key aspects: emotional self-regulation, coping strategies, and emotion recognition. In an educational context, anger in children can lead to challenges in their socio-emotional development and classroom dynamics. To conduct this study, a mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative techniques. Data collection tools included interviews with teachers experienced in early childhood education and observation sheets for the children. The results, based on data obtained through the triangulation of interviews, observations, and the theoretical framework, have demonstrated that integrating didactic activities in natural environments can be an effective strategy for anger management in early childhood education. This research contributes to the understanding of how natural environments can serve as pedagogical tools for emotional management, promoting healthy emotional development in children.
