    Finances to be part of the economy, which analyzes investment opportunities and financing, is the backbone of the organizations in making decisions. In the world of finance is the stock market and it securitizing, this alternative in Ecuador increasingly used, and not being used exclusively by the private sector but also as a mechanism to attract confidence in public investment and boost the economy. The use of market and securitization is a challenge for the national economy, because breaking financial intermediation of an agent for the cost, custodian and money management expensive financing productive activities, as reflected in this investigation. National saving has traditional concepts of growth, coexisting primarily in a financial institution, luxury assets such as vehicles and household goods, or goods subject to speculation. Securitization is a process that changes the stigma that the business association is not done by the lack of security in the corporate relationship, because it is supported by a high level of reliability through Notarize and pre-established rules that guide the relationship between investors and the autonomous equity. Securitization is integrated into the development of a project which aims to increase the cash flow of an organization. The securities are backed by large quantum and financial analyzes, which guarantees laid down in national rules are established, ensuring return on investment of natural or legal persons with surplus cash resources. Securitization requires companies to a transparent administration, based on the reasonableness of its figures, in the wisdom of the internal operation, and profitability of your business; because this gives confidence to potential investors.
