    The accelerated development of the industry and the high demand for products in less time have allowed the increase in the use of machinery and equipment, the same as representing an investment, require maintenance processes, in order to extend their useful life and guarantee its availability within the production line. For this reason, this technical document is developed, focused on mitigating the maintenance needs required by the machines that make up the grinding área of the Miraflores mills located in the city of Ambato, in order to carry out this study A bibliographic analysis was used together with a field study that allows us to determine both the mechanical and electrical components that make up the machines, all this in order to establish the elements that are highly prone to failure or causing them in a certain period of time. weather.
