Item Desarrollo de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para el área de molienda de la empresa Molinos Miraflores S.A de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2022-09) Ortiz Cañar, Giovanni Paúl; Christian Byron, Castro MiniguanoThe accelerated development of the industry and the high demand for products in less time have allowed the increase in the use of machinery and equipment, the same as representing an investment, require maintenance processes, in order to extend their useful life and guarantee its availability within the production line. For this reason, this technical document is developed, focused on mitigating the maintenance needs required by the machines that make up the grinding área of the Miraflores mills located in the city of Ambato, in order to carry out this study A bibliographic analysis was used together with a field study that allows us to determine both the mechanical and electrical components that make up the machines, all this in order to establish the elements that are highly prone to failure or causing them in a certain period of time. weather. Keywords: Maintenance preventive, Mills, Grinding, Miraflores, Matrix, FMEA, criticality, NTP, log, Maintenance range. Using both AMFE and criticality for the failure analysis, allowing the development of the logs and the maintenance ranges based on the concepts supported within the NTP 679, which detail and delimit the failure modes and the effects that the elements have within them. the processes used in order to identify and analyze possible failures. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2021-04) Amaguaña Moreta, Alex Mauricio; Castro Miniguano, Christian ByronThe constant need to reduce unexpected stops of machines/equipment and extending their useful life, has allowed the creation, improvement, innovation and adaptation of new methods, plans and maintenance programs highly dynamics and friendly to humans and the industry. For this reason, this technical project is developed due to the preventive maintenance needs required by the vertical transport of the building of the Civil Engineering career of the UTA. For this study, we started from an analysis that contemplates the knowledge of the generalities of the elevator as well as its operation; after it is determined which are the mechanical, electrical and electronic components that make up the elevator, this with the aim of identifying those that are the most likely to cause or suffer failures over time. For the failure analysis, the FMEA analysis and the criticality analysis were used. In this way, both the logs and the maintenance ranges were developed in accordance with the analyzes carried out and in accordance with the guidelines that govern the UNE-EN 13015:2002+A1:2008 standard. (Maintenance for lifts and escalators. Rules for maintenance instructions). Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2019) Pérez Acosta, María del Carmen; Castro Miniguano, Christian ByronIn this work, a machine is designed and built, proposed by the company that makes footwear, to tighten leather uppers and evaluate defects. According to the evaluating operator, the capelladas will be rejected or accepted for the next process in the footwear production line. The company states that sometimes the capelladas fail in the process of assembly of tips and are discarded, meaning great waste, so the purpose of this machine is to avoid carrying the entire process of sewing and assembling parts checking them just after the punching. In the province of Tungurahua, footwear production is 65% and 80% leather produced in the country according to CALTU (National Chamber of Footwear), is a high figure, therefore, the company wants to improve its production techniques with less waste. By research, analysis, observation, a solution was obtained for the design, where the evaluation process resembles the process of assembling tips on the footwear, which has the cost of clamps and a tensor similar to the last, the calculations of the pistons start from the air consumption of the riding machine. The materials that were assigned to the plates are A36 steel, the AISI 1020 pins, for the axles is AISI 1018 transmission steel, structural tubes for the base, pistons were used with the calculated measurements, springs, bearings, and other elements electropneumatic The machine was built in the company "Mecánica Balladares", who provided their tools and knowledge of the workshop. In this work are plans, operation and maintenance manual, necessary to understand the mechanism and operation.
