Dirección de Posgrado., 2017-11) Albán Coello, Luis Marcelo; Medina Guerra, FranklinThe aim of the research is to determine the relationship between anxiety and academic performance and its influence on the staff of Aspirants, considering that anxiety is an anticipated fear of a future danger whose origin is unknown or not recognized. Physical symptoms include muscle tension, sweating in the palms of the hands, stomach upset, shortness of breath, impending fainting, tachycardia, need to avoid places, people or situations that cause fear, irritability, nausea, dizziness, tremors, repeated doubts , excessive dizziness and worry, common causes, whatever their origin, the central feature of anxiety is intense mental discomfort, the feeling that the subject will not be able to control future events; can alter work or academic performance, social relationships and even prevent a couple, conceiving, in the same way that academic achievement in students is a consequence of several aspects, such as individual abilities, their school reality in terms of methodology, their social environment, their interpersonal relationship in the classroom, both with teachers, and with xxiii their peers. Reflections will be aimed at understanding family functioning factors: types of relationships maintained by members, hierarchies, limits, communication, participation, style of coping with problems, influence academic performance. Therefore the objective of this research is to determine the level of linkage that exists between the levels of anxiety that is concentrated in the student and the degree of influence that results in academic performance from the results obtained; it also seeks to provide information on how civilian teachers, military instructors and educational psychologists intervene in these aspects and try to solve various difficulties that affect the student, developing strengths and abilities to overcome when presenting cases.
