The nursing professional, being in a demanding environment and under stressful situations, can overwhelm their ability to adapt and control work. Therefore, in this document, a NANDA diagnosis is generated in rotating nursing interns, allowing the degree of stress due to overload that the professional possesses to be evaluated through the instrument "The Nursing Stress Scale". The study has a quantitative approach, under a non -experimental design to a sample of 98 professionals, the inclusion criteria are established for rotating interns of the nursing career of the Ninth semester belonging to the Technical University of Ambato; As an exclusion criterion, nursing assistants and graduates who do not accept to be participants in the research are established. The results show that 87% of rotating interns have a low risk of stress due to overload and 13% a medium risk. Therefore, it is concluded that in the rotating inmates they are mostly at a degree of risk due to adequate overload.
